TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF A FUEL SUPPLY TRUCK FOR WMATA 1. SCOPE OF WORK: This specification covers the detailed requirements for a diesel fuel supply truck which will be used to refuel multiple emergency mobile and stationary generators throughout WMATA locations in Maryland, District Of Columbia, and Virginia. 1.1 REQUIREMENTS: Dispensing diesel fuel in amounts of 50 to 2000 gallons of fuel at any location. Truck must be able to be driven over rough terrains and off of paved roads to reach destinations. 1.2 TRUCK DESCRIPTION: PETERBUILT 340 or equal 1.3 INSPECTION STICKER: Vendor shall obtain a District of Columbia inspection sticker prior to delivery. 1.4 DELIVERY: 180 days after receipt of order. All vehicles must be delivered between the hours of 6:00AM and 2:00PM. 1.5 TRAINING: Vendor shall provided 16 (sixteen) hours of training on the maintenance and operation of the truck, fuel tanker, and equipment.
