2 1. PUBLIC TRANSPORT The Warsaw Public Transport Authority (Zarząd Transportu Miejskiego, ZTM) operates bus line 175 which departs from the Airport. THE BEST WAY TO GET TO THE VENUE FROM THE AIRPORT IS BY BUS (175) AND THEN BY TRAM (17) 175 line (DIRECTION» Pl. Piłsudskiego) Running daily between 04:57-22:57 TRIP DURATION FROM THE AIRPORT TO THE CENTRAL RAILWAY STATION IS ABOUT 30 MINUTES. YOU WANT TO GET OFF AT DWORZEC CENTRALNY STOP. SUBSEQUENTLY YOU NEED TO USE THE UNDERGROUND PASS. THEN YOU NEED TO FIND A TUNNEL EXIT WHICH IS JUST UNDER THE VIADUCT ON THE RIGHT. TICKET: 4,40 PLN (~1,10 )
3 SINGLE FARE TRANSFER TICKET ENTITLES TO AN UNLIMITED NUMBER OF JOURNEYS BY BUS, TRAM AND UNDERGROUND FOR A PERIOD NOT EXCEEDING 75 MINUTES SINCE ITS VALIDATION. You can buy a ticket from a ticket machine on a bus stop near exit from Terminal AB and CDE. Tickets machines are present at each underground (Metro) station. You are also able to buy a ticket from the bus driver. The ticket should be validated immediately after boarding the vehicle. When travelling by underground, you should validate the ticket at the entrance gate before entering the platform, or in the validating machine available next to the lift. Tram No. 17 (DIRECTION» Metro Młociny) Running daily between 04:40-23:11 The trip duration to the venue is approximately 25 minutes. From Dworzec Centralny stop you need to get off at Podleśna-IMiGW (14 th stop). The venue is located at the back of the tram stop. THE BEST WAY TO GET TO THE VENUE FROM THE AIRPORT IS BY MODLINBUS AND THEN YOU TAKE THE UNDERGROUND: CENTER STATION (METRO CENTRUM) 1) Modlin Airport - Modlinbus stops in the front of the main exit from the airport. 2) Warsaw - Modlinbus stops at the parking near the Palace of Culture and Science, in front of the main entrance, on the Parade Square (Plac Defilad) at the Marszalkowska Street side, near the Metro Centrum underground station exit. The price for one way ticket is 33 PLN (about 9 EURO) TRIP DURATION FROM THE WARSAW MODLIN AIRPORT TO THE CITY CENTER IS ABOUT 60 MINUTES. 3) Underground Metro Centrum station get in Metro -direction MŁOCINY and get off on MARYMONT station take the tram no. 6 or no. 17 -direction ZAJEZDNIA ŻOLIBORZ or TWARDOWSKA go 3 stops an get off on PODLEŚNA-IMiGW stop 2. Piłsudskiego) Running daily between 04:27-22:57 Trip duration from the airport to the OLD TOWN is about 35 minutes. You want to get off at FOKSAL stop. Subsequently you need to switch to bus 503 or bus 518 (bus 175 departs every 10 minutes) 503/518 lines (DIRECTION: Foksal -> Konwiktorska/Nowodwory) This is the same stop. Running daily between 05:19-23:10 Trip duration to the hotel is approximately 10 minutes. From FOKSAL stop you need to get off at MURANOWSKA (4 th stop). Bus departs every few minutes.
