PMI approach to PM 5 Standard PM BOK, version 4 PM is considered as a group of processes 5 main process groups 9 knowledge areas In the Czech language is this approach described in the book from Mrs. Svozilová
PRINCE 2 6 PRojects in Controlled Environment British methodology of PM It is focused on roles, responsibility and project documentation Soft aspects of the project management like a leadership or a motivation or a negotiation not considered Project is split up into a few stages and each of them is evaluated in a detail
IPMA 7 IPMA Competence Baseline (ICB) version 3.1 There are not described any processes but project managers competences to manage a project, program or portfolio Localized in The Czech Republic as the IPMA National Competence Baseline by PM Association Czech Rep. (SPŘ o.s.)

PRINCE2 Cerification 12 PRINCE2 Foundation (3 days) PRINCE2 Practitioner (more 2 days) Testing by abcd questions Does not require any practice You can get it directly on the accredited training (there is about five companies capable to do that) Its in English
IPMA Certification 13 Certified by Project Management Association Czech Republic (Společnost pro projektové řízení) IPMA national mamber Testing is more complex Four level certification Level D: Certified project practitioner Level C: Certified project manager Level B: Certified senior project manager Level A: Certified project director Since level C you must have some practice You can pass it in Czech or in English
