PCB assembly individually and in series. We assemble your PCBs with electronic components in SMT (surface mount technology), in the conventional THT wave soldering process (through hole technology), in a combination of both processes, the new THR process (through hole reflow). All soldering processes can be performed with both lead-free solders and solders containing lead. We would be happy to take care of the complete material procurement for you. Testing technology. Every assembly is tested individually. In addition to the automated optical inspection (AOI), we also offer in-circuit tests (ICT) and functional tests. In coordination with our customers, we develop the test software and create test adapters in our own test equipment construction department. SMD rework service. Do you want to desolder electronic components from your assembly and solder on new components where necessary? We offer you a professional repair service for complex SMD connectors (e.g. ERNI MicroSpeed) are reworked without the use of extreme temperatures.
