Q1 2015 Release Highlights Engage, Simplify, and Execute with Innovations Across SuccessFactors HCM Suite In our ongoing commitment to provide engaging and efficient HR solutions, SuccessFactors, an SAP company, is pleased to announce multiple new innovations available for the entire SuccessFactors HCM Suite with the Q1 2015 release. Here are some highlights in the Q1 2015 release: New! Productized integration between the SuccessFactors Workforce Analytics solution and the contingent labor solution from Fieldglass, now part of SAP Better plan and manage skill gaps and workforce costs with visibility into your entire workforce, including contingent workers New! Direct access to talent quick cards from within SuccessFactors Workforce Analytics and talent foundation reporting New! HR business partner (HRBP) role in the SuccessFactors Learning solution Manage training requirements for your assigned employees New! Variable pay forecasting Easily create a forecast for variable pay to employees based on the organization s financial forecast New! Enhanced Search Engine for SuccessFactors HCM Suite Action search, the search engine that provides immediate access to people and actions across SuccessFactors HCM Suite, now includes reports and dashboards that make it easier than ever to find and navigate to the information you need. 2
Employee Central Global Legal Requirements. With this release, we added the latest regulatory reporting functionality for the following countries: United States The Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) announced changes to Section 503 and Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA) wherein employees can choose whether or not to disclose their disability status within their personal information. Netherlands New names fields are now available that enable Dutch companies to maintain employee names according to country-specific requirements. Russia Worker permit picklists are now enabled. Payroll Time Sheet. Employees can now record hours to multiple cost centers. SuccessFactors Learning With this release, we announce a new role HR business partner (HRBP). We recognize the critical role HR business partners can play in helping to instill a culture of learning. With this new role, HRBPs can log in and manage training requirements of their assigned employees. For our public sector federal customers, we now support multiple approval processes for submitting SF-182 forms. Rather than assign one process to all submissions, each user can be assigned an approval process using the assignment profile. SuccessFactors Compensation With this release, we introduce variable pay forecasting,a simplified, automated process with results presented in an intuitive, comprehensive dashboard. Variable pay forecasting within the SuccessFactors Compensation solution simplifies the alignment of organizational financial results forecasting with the expected variable pay to employees. SuccessFactors Recruiting Solutions Direct integration with First Advantage solutions for background checks and drug screenings is now available. This integration allows recruiters to simplify and expedite the background and drug screening process for new candidates. As part of this integration, recruiters can more easily submit, resubmit, and check status of background checks for their jobs and candidates. SuccessFactors Talent Solutions With the February release, we re continuing our focus on providing information and insight where and when you need it in ways that are appealing, relevant, and simple to understand. Talent foundation: Enhanced presentations feature supports theming Live slides in presentations can inherit the color scheme and fonts of your SuccessFactors software instance. Ability to flag key information on talent quick cards Help draw attention to items that are most relevant on the card (such as risk of loss, future leader, etc.). 3 Better talent search results Compare talent search results based on multiple criteria defined by the user for better visibility and faster decisions.
SuccessFactors Onboarding SAP ERP HCM customers will now benefit from integration with SuccessFactors Onboarding. With this release, we deliver a productized integration to connect SuccessFactors Onboarding with SAP ERP HCM. Customers can now download configurable workforce analytics scorecard report templates covering topics like workforce composition, organizational effectiveness, payroll and benefits, talent management topics, and surveys for employee engagement and work environment. SuccessFactors Workforce Analytics Gain comprehensive insight into your total workforce employees and contingent workers all in one place. SuccessFactors Workforce Analytics is now integrated with Fieldglass software to better plan and manage skill gaps and workforce costs. SuccessFactors Mobile With the SuccessFactors Mobile solution, employees can use their mobile phones to edit and update personal details on their employee profiles, just as they would on the Web application. With this release, we ve made it simple to access talent information from within SuccessFactors Workforce Analytics, as well as talent foundation reporting using the online report designer capability, by providing quick, direct access to talent quick cards from a report or analytics. SAP Jam The new training room work pattern brings instructors and learners together to work throughout the employee training lifecycle. 4
Add-Ons for SAP ERP HCM and SuccessFactors HCM Suite A productized integration is now available to integrate employee data from SAP ERP HCM to the SuccessFactors Employee Central solution for customers who use the SuccessFactors Performance & Goals solution, the SuccessFactors Succession & Development solution, and the SuccessFactors Employee Profile solution. Productized integration via SAP HANA Cloud Integration connects SuccessFactors Recruiting solutions with assessment vendors PeopleAnswers (Infor) and SHL Talent Measurement to make it simpler to conduct candidate assessments. As part of the employee master data productized integration, a business add-in is now available to differentiate between new hires and rehires in SuccessFactors Employee Central. Job points (JobPts), a partner-developed extension from Semos, can help you inspire achievement by simplifying recognition and rewards processes for managers, team leaders, and HR professionals. It complements existing compensation and performance processes by providing an intuitive way to provide peer-to-peer or manager-topeer recognition. The productized integration that connects SAP ERP HCM with variable pay functionality in SuccessFactors software has been enhanced. Bonuses calculated using variable pay are now sent to SAP ERP HCM. The productized integration that replicates employee data from SuccessFactors Employee Central to SAP ERP HCM can now be used to update global HCM infotypes. With JobPts, you can celebrate birthdays and work anniversaries, provide spot or instant rewards, and customize rewards. Plus, capabilities like Leaderboards showcase top senders and receivers, and keep it fun and engaging. JobPts is integrated with SuccessFactors software and the SAP Jam social software platform via the SAP HANA Cloud Platform. But Wait!
