MONITORING & MEASURING EQUIPMENT FOR EMISSIONS CONTROL, HAZARD DETECTION & ENERGY OPTIMIZATION

YOUR GLOBAL MONITORING & MEASURING EXPERT service and delivery Our head office and production facilities are located in Brønderslev, Denmark. Besides, we have a regional sales and service office in Fort Lauderlade, USA. We deliver all systems and spare parts worldwide. We offer customer support directly from our bases in Brønderslev and Fort Lauderdale as well as via our service partners.

YOUR MONITORING FRIEND AT SEA perfecting sensible technology At Green Instruments we constantly keep perfecting and improving existing technologies as well as developing new technologies in order to provide our customers with the best solutions, products and services. We offer standard equipment but also customized solutions. So do not hesitate to contact us, we will help you find the best suitable solution for your company. We develop and manufacture instruments for gas & water analysis, monitoring systems for emission control, hazard detection and energy optimization. Our products help you operate in a safer, more efficient, and environmentally friendly way. Today, we offer more than 15 years of experience in monitoring and analyzing equipment on ocean going vessels.

1 EMISSIONS MONITORING multi gas monitoring The G7000 SOx/CO2 Analyzing System is a practical system that consists of a direct in-situ sampling probe and gas analyzing modules that are used to monitor SOx and CO2. The system can be delivered especially for SOx scrubbers with wet gasses that are to comply with MEPC. 259(68). Besides the G7000, we can provide the monitoring of the opacity and other gasses of the exhaust gas emissions. 2 AMBIENT OIL MIST DETECTOR detects oil mist in open spaces Our Ambient Oil Mist Detector is an opacity meter that is designed to detect oil mist, smoke, dust and other obstructions in pump rooms, engine rooms and other facilities. The system provides an accurate and immediate response when monitoring unattended spaces. It has the decisive advantage of covering a large area compared to single-point monitors. OXYGEN ANALYZER 3 4 NOX MONITOR real-time inert gas monitoring The G3600 Inert Gas Oxygen Analyzing System measures the content of oxygen in inert gas. The system has a very user-friendly and robust design. For uninterrupted operation we offer the double boarded version with two analyzers and two sensors. It is also designed for nitrogen generators with high inlet pressure. The G36 oxygen analyzer is approved under the European Marine Equipment s Directive (MED). direct in-situ analyzer helps fulfill tightening emission regulations The G4100 NOx/O2 Analyzing System provides real time measurements of NOX in ppm and O2 in % on wet basis at high temperatures. It is also designed to meet the challenging requirements for monitoring the inlet and outlets of selective catalytic reduction systems (SCR) on all types of combustion sources.

5 OXYGEN ANALYZERS FOR STACK GAS real time, wet oxygen measurements The G3620 Stack Gas Oxygen Analyzing System offers a decisive tool for optimizing boiler efficiency by monitoring the oxygen content of the exhaust gas. It is installed directly in the stack and operates under actual flue gas conditions which means that there is no need for vulnerable sampling lines. The system is very simple and easy to operate and requires low maintenance. 6 WASH WATER MONITOR monitor pah, turbidity, ph and temperature The G6100 Wash water Monitoring System provides reliable and highly accurate measurements for the SOx scrubber system. As a standard, the system monitors PAH, turbidity and ph & temperature. It is possible to add extra turbidity and ph & temperature measuring points. All sensor modules can be verified/calibrated onsite. The system is fully compliant with resolution MEPC. 259(68). BOILER MONITOR 7 8 SMOKE EMISSIONS dynamic load dependent monitoring of different parameters The G5000 Boiler Monitor optimizes and protects your boilers or economizers by monitoring their thermal condition and performance. The system provides an accurate diagnosis of the soot contamination and/or scale build-up. The system indicates the best time for cleaning, thus helping to maintain high efficiency of the boiler/economizer as well as to avoid the critical problems. monitors smoke emissions from all kinds of combustion The Smoke Density Monitor provides a prompt response to smoke and dust regardless of weather conditions and ambient light. It is well suited to check smoke emissions from for example diesel engines, incinerators and boilers. It is very robust and designed to resist heat and vibrations in and around smoke stacks.
