ICN Gateway How to create a company profile including handy tips. Your company profile is the first point of contact for potential buyers and suppliers. In addition, major clients now require rigorous and comprehensive information from ICN when nominating companies for their projects. Therefore, in order to be nominated for work packages, it is important that you take the time to create and then keep your profile up to date. This guide has been designed to help you create and maintain your company profile. Please note: this is a general guide only. The ICN Gateway directory is only as good as the information you provide. 1. To Create a Company profile, go to www.gateway.icn.org.au and click on the Create Company Profile Now button 2. Click the green Get Started button.

3. Follow the first 4 steps of the wizard, filling out the required information, then once you reach step 5 of the wizard, you will be given the option to choose from one of four subscription options: 4. If you choose the Basic Package you will be alerted that your company profile will not appear on the public search on the ICN Gateway. If you are happy with this, click yes to continue. If not, you can choose one of the paid subscription options Be Seen Package, Be Compelling Package or Premium Package and you will be led through a payment process. You will then reach the final screen in the wizard. Click the orange Nearly there click to continue button on the right hand side.

5. To complete the profile, on the left hand side under Profile Options, please visit the areas with a red exclamation mark as a priority to help complete your company profile. Some areas may not be relevant to your business, but we encourage you to complete as much as you can. The more information we have about your company the more we will understand your company s capabilities. Please remember to click when you have made a change in any section. 6. Below is an outline of the information required in each area under Profile Options : A) Company Details: Your key company information. ICN Company ID A unique number which you can quote if in contact with the ICN office. ABN Your company s ABN number New Zealand Company Number For New Zealand companies only

B) Summary: Tell us about your company. Summary This information is the most important statement of your company profile. Example: Zag Australia is a leading air conditioning specialist business with branches throughout Australia. Our team of fully qualified staff provide design and installation solutions and after hours maintenance of a large range of air conditioning units throughout Australia, whether domestic or commercial. Description The Description should reflect your company s expertise and key strengths and compliment the information in the Summary field without repetition. Free quotes, competitive prices and payment plans are available. All new installation work is backed by a 5 year warranty for peace of mind. Authorised Fujitsu Dealer.
