Payments need to arrive in the ellerbys bank account in GP (Pounds Sterling). To help our students pay from overseas we have partnered with Western Union usiness Solutions (formerly Travelex Global usiness Payments) to provide a service that: llows you to pay in your local currency (or USD) Guarantees the exchange rate that you are quoted for 72 hours Is free from additional bank charges Enables our accounts team to process payments and credit your account within 24 hours To complete the online form you will need to supply your ellerbys Student ID number. This is printed on your Invoice or Student Statement. The process is simple: 1. You complete the on-line form to get your instant quote and Payment Instruction document 2. You pay Western Union in your local currency using on-line or telephone banking or in person at a local bank all the details you will need are printed on the Payment Instruction document 3. Western Union transfers the GP amount to ellerbys College 4. ellerbys receives the full amount paid and credits your account If you decide not to go ahead with the transfer then your quote will cancel automatically after 72 hours.
The payment pages are provided by Western Union and are branded like this: There are 5 pages to complete. Once you have completed all the required fields on a page, click the Next button to move on to the next page. To move back to the previous page, click on the ack button. To leave the payment pages without making a payment, click the Cancel button. On the final page you need to click on the Submit button to complete the process. t the end of this process you will have a PDF Payment Instruction document. Use the details in this document to make a bank-to-bank money transfer using either on-line banking or by visiting your bank. The rate you have been quoted, and the reference number on your document, are valid for 72 hours after you submit the form.

Page 4: Enter Company / Payer details Tick the box if you would like to be emailed a copy of the Payment Instruction document If the person paying the fees is not the student then enter their name and address in the Company/payer details section
Page 5: gree to Conditions and Submit Check the payment details and tick the box to confirm that they are correct, then click Submit
Page 6: Receipt page The Payment Instruction document (PDF) should open automatically. If it does not please click the link to open it.
The Payment Instruction document It is essential that you enter the payment reference from your Payment Instruction document when making the money transfer. The expiry date of your quote is displayed here. If your quote has expired you can create a new one by starting the payment process again.
