(Distributed Common Ground System - Army) DCGS-A Increment 1 Machine Foreign Language Translation Systems (M F L T S ) Counter Intelligence / Human Intelligence Automated Reporting and Collection System ( C H A R C S ) DCGS-A Increment 2 Provides the foundation capabilities for DCGS-A to support the Army's intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) mission for processing, exploitation, and dissemination (PED) of information and intelligence data across echelons. MFLTS is an autonomous software application that provides an automated foreign speech and text language translation capability in order to augment and complement limited human linguistic resources across all Army echelons in all environments. Counterintelligence (CI) and Human Intelligence (HUMINT) Collection and Reporting Systems (CHARCS) is the Army s CI & HUMINT sensor system. Will build upon the capabilities provided in Increment 1 delivering enhanced visualization, analytical tools and data integration, cyber analytics incorporation and emerging cyber security considerations.
