Based on the results, the department developed an innovative solution that supports the college graduates` excellence. The BIT department established cordial working relations with world`s renowned institute of high standing and stature like Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) UK. Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) Exemptions Procedure Once you complete the Jeddah Community College (JCC) Diploma in Professional Insurance, you can contact CII customer service along with the following documents: Complete an application form RPL/001. You can download this form at www.cii.co.uk/prior-learning Attested copies of your JCC Diploma in Professional Insurance along with transcript copy. For attestation, you need to visit Jeddah Community College. You need to scan the above documents and forward to CII at customer.serv@cii.co.uk CII will reply you about the exemption(s) fee. Requirements & Opportunities Graduation Requirements Student is required to complete 71 credits inclusive of 3 credit hours field based experience in the relevant field of specialization. Graduates, Employment Opportunities Graduates holding Diploma in Professional Accounting / Insurance have a number of job options in Insurance industries. Especially having exemptions from professional institute like CII the student s probability of getting better gob will increase to manifold. Most of the Accounting and Insurance industries are looking for CII qualified prospects therefore JCC taking into account the current environment and job market request introduced the Diploma in Professional Insurance to meet with the industry requirements. Department Educational Programs The Business Information Technology (BIT) Department offers various comprehensive careeroriented courses and programs that not only address the demands of the surrounding business communities but meet students needs as well. Eligibility for Admission: Student with higher secondary school certificate qualification or any equivalent qualification are eligible to take admission in Diploma in Professional Insurance. National Identity Card for Saudi Nationals and valid IQAMA for the expatriates is needed at the time of registration. One picture with white background. Diploma in Professional Insurance JCC offers Diploma in Professional Insurance which is a three years program with 71 credits hours. In the very first year, college compulsory courses are taught which are comprises of 13 credit hours. The department branch compulsory courses are taught in second and third year and it covers 47 credit hours whereas electable with 6 credit hours are taught in 3rd year.
