BMD Contractor Management System (CMS) - Guide Workers The CMS can be accessed on any internet-capable device (e.g. tablet, laptop and smartphone) at any time. From the CMS, you can upload your relevant issued qualifications and undertake the required training (via ADOBE) prior to starting work on a BMD project site. The system is designed to streamline our contractor approvals process and to provide the relevant BMD training to contractors, to help us all meet the target of Zero Harm. Your nominated Company Admin has added you to the system, and you should have received an email (from CMS.Support@bmd.com.au) inviting you to create a profile. If you have not received this email, please check your junk or spam folders. This link is for your use only and should not be forwarded. To get started, click the link provided in the email. At profile set-up, Users will be required to confirm their email address. A second email with a link to complete their registration will be sent. 1. Profile Creation Once you have confirmed your email address you will be taken to the Welcome Screen. The ribbon across the top contains two (2) tabs allowing you to access your profile information and documents easily. The Home screen contain three (3) steps. At profile creation, please start at Step one (1). Note: Once a profile is created you can use the Home screen to jump to other steps. Rev. 10 (4/11/2020) Page 2 of 21

Note: If you do not have a valid Construction Induction Card you will not be able to proceed any further in the profile setup. Access to site will be denied. A Statement of Attainment is only valid in our system for 30 days from attainment. The Company Details screen is prepopulated and does not require you to complete any fields. 2. Pertinent Qualification and Skill Grouping When you are creating your profile, you must nominate a Qualification Group. Depending on the group selected further Skill groupings will appear for you to choose. This triggers what documentation the system will ask to be provided. 2.1. Adding a Qualification Please only select the Qualification for the role you will be doing on site. Note: Construction Induction Card must always be ticked. Select the relevant option from the list provided. A summary of your qualifications selected, and the proof of competencies required will be displayed. Select Save Profile. 3. Upload Documents Once your profile has been created, you will be taken to Step 2 to upload your required documents. 3.1. Document Requirements In the CMS we ask for various documents depending on your chosen qualifications. Types of Documents Explanation Certificate of Trade This can be either the Certificate or Registration of Trade. Issued Qualification This can be RTO issued certification, RTO issued verification of competency (VOC) or a previous government issued ticket. High-risk Licence Government Issued Licence Construction Industry Card The relevant Industry card for each state. Note: Please DO NOT upload any form of Driver s License onto the CMS. If you hold a license instead of an appropriate Registered Training Organisation (RTO) certificate, please complete the required details in the upload section. Your licence must be presented at time of induction for verification by a BMD Administrator. We require the front and back of all qualifications to be uploaded in one file. 4. Uploading Documents The Documents screen is divided into Not Yet Submitted and Submitted. Once a document is uploaded it will appear in the Submitted section. To upload a document, select the name of the document required for upload. Complete the document details and select Add/Attach File to upload the document. Rev. 10 (4/11/2020) Page 8 of 21
When uploading a file, you must populate the Note Section. Click on Choose File and select your file for uploading. Once you have chosen your file, select Add Attachment. Scroll to the bottom of the screen and select Submit. The document will now appear in the Submitted tab with a status of Pending Approval. Please advise your Company Admin upon completion of your document upload. They will then forward this information via email to their BMD Administrator for approval. Once approved the status will change from Pending Approval to Approved. Note: Any document that is Rejected will invoke an email detailing the reason for rejection. 5. Editing your Profile To edit your profile, select the Worker profile option in top right-hand corner. Rev. 10 (4/11/2020) Page 9 of 21
Update the details as required and continue selecting Next until you have reached the 'Save Profile screen. 6. Change Password Select the drop-down icon beside your name in the top left-hand corner. Click Profile. Rev. 10 (4/11/2020) Page 10 of 21
Select Change Password located under the Security section. Complete the details and select Change Password 7. CMS Portal Login screen When you need to access the CMS after profile creation, please use the below link: https://bmdprdcrm.powerappsportals.com/home/ and sign in with your username and password. If you have forgotten your password, please see Section 8 Forgotten Password for details. 8. Forgotten Password BMD cannot see your password and is unable to manually reset your password. If you have forgotten your password, please use the Forgot your password button on the CMS sign in screen, 9. BOLT Modules BMD BOLT Modules are accessed via the ADOBE Platform. Once you have been added to the CMS, a Welcome email from ADOBE should be sent to your email address within 30mins. If after 24hrs you have not received an email, please advise us at CMS.Support@bmd.com.au. 9.1. For first time Users: From the Sign In Screen, select Create an account The Create an Account screen will appear. Complete the details including date of birth and select Create an account. The module will begin to play in another window. When needing to exit the module select the X in the top righthand corner. If you have not successfully completed the modules, the module will change to an In Progress status. Note: Assessments can only be attempted twice. If you fail both times, there is a 24hr lock out period before you can attempt the assessment again. At the end an assessment when you are notified that you have passed, ensure you continue until the very end of the module or your progress may not be saved. Select Continue. 9.2. Returning Users If you have to return to ADOBE to complete modules at a later date, please use this link BMD Subcontractor Training Portal. At the Sign In screen, enter your email address and continue. At the Select an Account screen, choose Personal Account. Enter your password and select Continue. BMD are unable to reset your ADOBE password. If you cannot remember your password, please use the Reset your Password option at the bottom of the screen. Rev. 10 (4/11/2020) Page 17 of 21
