Our Lunch Bites videos cover a bit more information, running between 5 and 20 minutes. For longer videos that cover a great deal of information, look to the In-Depth videos that have a duration between 20 minutes to an hour. Here s what you need to do a. Open up your Web Browser b. Go to: http://portal.logontolearn.com/ c. Click the Sign In button and enter: i. User Name: (your user name has been e-mailed to you) ii. Password: (your password has been e-mailed to you) *username and password are case sensitive You will then be brought to your Log On to Learn profile page. You have tools to control your personal information, preferences and account info. To get into the site and start using all of its learning tools, click Home and all of our training content is easily accessible. On the home screen you will find the following options: Drop-Down Menus- Our menus include easy navigation to our videos, step by step guides, quick reference guides as well as our forums. Search Box- Allows you to search all video, step by step and forum areas for specific topics. Live Webinars- Sign up for one or both of our live webinars each month Quick Office Guides- If you are moving to Office 2010 these guides will help you Member Profiles- You can now customize your profile, including saving favorites Latest News- You will find the latest news as well as the most recent updates to our content News Letter and Quick Links- Monthly newsletter as well as other quick links will help to keep you informed on all new updates and other news. When browsing the training content, there are two methods of navigation. Drop down menu navigation allows for easy viewing of all applications and categories so you can mouse your way to the video, tutorial or quick guide you want with ease. Button navigation works the same way via graphic interface. This is an excellent method for touch screen devices. [4]
