Aircraft lubricated in accordance with Cessna 150 service manual. 50 hour inspection in accordance with Cessna 150 service manual. 100 hour inspection in accordance with Cessna 150 service manual. 200 hour inspection in accordance with Cessna 150 service manual. ELT inspected in accordance with FAR 91.207(d). Changed engine oil with 7 quarts of Aeroshell SAE 50 straight mineral oil for engine break in period due replacement in 25 hours. Engine compression readings #1: 72, #2: 70, #3: 73, #4: 72. The following special inspections were complied with at this time: Complied with 5 year replacement of engine compartment flexible fuel and oil hoses. 50 hour battery inspection. 100 hour ELT check. 100 hour flap actuator jack screw thread inspection and lubrication. 200 hour magneto timing. 500 hour alternator brush inspection. 500 hour wheel bearing inspection. 500 hour gyros central air filter replacement, p/n D9-14-5. 1,000 hour replacement of vacuum relief valve filter, p/n B3-5-1. 1,000 hour fuel tank inspection. 1,000 hour magnetic compass compensation 1,000 hour elevator trim tab actuator lubrication and inspection. The following maintenance tasks were performed at this time: Replaced induction air filter with new Bracket Element, p/n BA-6108. Replaced throttle control cable, p/n C299505-0202S. Replaced forward crankshaft seal, p/n LW-13792. Re-routed and secured engine ignition wires. Re-located oil breather line and added secondary vent hole. Replaced fuel pressure indicator line. Replaced fuel strainer o-ring, p/n MS-29513-111. Replaced all engine scat-tubing. Replaced oil screen gasket, p/n 61173. Installed new Sky-Tec engine starter, p/n 149NL, s/n FN-270941. New Weight & Balance computed. Installed 4 new primer line clamps to intake tubes, p/n LW-18959-150-25. Replaced #3 cylinder oil return line, p/n 68761. Removed and installed number 1 cylinder after repair by Scott Dodge, A&P 415312674. See logbook entry dated 9/1/09. Replaced 4 valve cover gaskets. Number 1 exhaust riser repaired by Aero Structural Services CRS# F8VR234O. Muffler baffles replaced by Aero Structural Services CRS# F8VR234O. 1

Adjusted and secured mixture control cable clamp. Installed new instrument panel placards and fuel placards. Re-positioned and secured fuel strainer control. Crack in pilot door repaired by Aero Structural Services CRS# F8VR234O. Installed new door handle assembly covers, p/n 0413450-1-294. Installed new right hand door catch, p/n 0426209-4. Installed 4 new seat stop kits, p/n s 05-00582. Replaced left wing fuel drain, p/n CAV-170. Installed 2 vented fuel caps, p/n C156003-0101 in accordance with Cessna Service Letter SE77-6. Removed unused radio antenna from forward portion of aircraft belly and fabricated a blanking cover. Replaced battery with Gill G25 model, s/n G02470025. Cleaned corrosion in battery box and surrounding skin and painted with epoxy primer. Replaced positive battery cable. Installed new battery vent hose grommet. Re-located primer line outside of brake cable underneath instrument panel. Adjusted aileron and elevator cable tensions in accordance with Cessna 150 service manual. Replaced ELT batteries with 6 Duracell D-cells. Batteries due replacement March 2015. Cleaned and re-packed wheel bearings. Replaced all wheel bearing seals, p/n s 153-00400, 154-01300, 154-00300, and 153-00300. Replaced tires and tubes with Goodyear Flight Custom II tires, 6x6, 4 ply. Installed new brake discs, p/n 164-02601. Installed new brake pads, p/n RA66-100. Replaced brake caliper o-rings, p/n AN623082. Bled brakes and filled reservoirs with MIL-H- 5606. Tailwheel assembly removed from aircraft. Cleaned and re-packed tailwheel bearings and swivel assembly. Replaced left main landing gear inboard casting lower attach angle with a fabricated angle of 2024T3.040 in accordance with Custom Aircraft Conversions modification drawings incorporated in STC # SA2846SW. Replaced lower tail skin doubler with a fabricated skin of 2024T3.040 in accordance with Custom Aircraft Conversions modification drawings incorporated in STC # SA2846SW. Replaced tail wheel mounting hardware and internal doubler with a fabricated doubler of 2024T3.040 in accordance with Custom Aircraft Conversions modification drawings incorporated in STC # SA2846SW. Installed new tailwheel spring spacer, p/n 06-0081. Flight controls were removed from aircraft, aircraft was stripped to bare metal, and all corrosion removed. Aircraft treated with acid-etch and alodine, and primed with a 2-part epoxy primer. Aircraft painted with Sherwin Williams Jet Glo Polyurethane paint. Colors used: Jet Stream-08486, Gloss Black-UA01955, Flight Red-07432. Changed aircraft registration number to N724MC. Balanced and installed flight controls in accordance with Cessna 150 Service Manual. Propeller removed, stripped, treated with acid-etch and alodine, primed with a 2-part epoxy primer and painted and installed on aircraft. Installed new carpet and seats refinished by Aero Plus Interiors. 2

The following Airworthiness Directives were complied with at this time: AD 72-03-03 R3 Wing flap jack screw: Aircraft was determined to have been modified with Cessna service kit SK150-37B in accordance with Cessna service letter SE72-2, Supplement 1. Lubricated flap jack screw with MIL-G-21164. Next service due: Visual inspection at each 100 hour and annual inspection. Clean and lubricate as AD 73-23-07 Defective spar attachment fittings: Not applicable due to aircraft serial number. No AD 75-15-08 Engine lubrication: Not applicable. STC SA2219WE not installed on aircraft. No AD 79-10-14 R1 Fuel tank vented caps: Installed two vented fuel caps, p/n C156003-0101 in accordance with Cessna Service Letter SE77-6. AD 80-11-04 Vertical fin aft bracket nutplates: Inspected nutplates with no defects noted. Next service due at 5,628.4 ACTT. AD 83-17-06 Aileron balance weights: Not applicable. STC s SA2191WE or SA2192WE not installed on aircraft. No AD 86-24-07 Engine control attachment modification: Complied with in accordance with Cessna Service Letter SE79-6.
