The Creative Process Project Types & Pricing presentterra is a full-service agency of creative professionals who are trained in FDA compliance policies and are immersed in dōterra culture. We are like no other agency out there! We make it a point to offer competitive pricing for our fellow Wellness Advocates to support sharing wellness and financial abundance. Projects are categorized by how they ll be executed, and this determines how they will be priced. presentterra projects fall into two different categories: Fixed Cost Projects Once your project is initiated, you will be assigned an Account Executive and at least one freelancer (more depending on the scope of the project). The Account Executive is your personal connection to the project and is in charge of managing the work and making sure the team works together to reach the project goals. This relationship is extremely beneficial for saving time and money. - Packages These are one-time projects that are paid for upfront. The Account Executive manages the project, making sure that time is being spent wisely and efficiently and directs the creative work to meet the project s objectives. The Account Executive will schedule weekly meetings with you to discuss progress, get input, relay important information and other effective tasks to support your project. Fluid Cost Projects In presentterra, we use the following tools to communicate and manage our projects. Your Account Executive will assist you in setting up these free tools of communication in the 3-5 day project launch period once your contract is signed: Trello - Trello is a project management platform we use to collaborate on projects. You can log on daily, even hourly if you wish, to see the progress. It s super user-friendly and your Account Executive will show you how it all works! You will be invited to a board where your Account Executive will post regular project updates so you can stay in the loop. The Account Executive will tag you on the posts that require your attention, and you conveniently receive an email notification alerting you. Trello is an online platform and can also be downloaded as a mobile app so you can stay connected on-the-go. Google Drive - Google Drive is a secure online storage system, great for storing and sharing documents, pictures, and more! This is another tool we use to collaborate on projects, especially with written documents and spreadsheets simultaneously. If you have a GMail or Google+ Account, you already have access to Google Drive. Google Hangout - Google Hangout (another Google+ feature) is a versatile communication platform - we use it for video chats and remote meetings. It has a lot of great features, including group hangouts and screensharing. Email - Email is a big way the Account Executive and presentterra will communicate @ with you, so make sure you provide us with an email address for an account you check regularly. It s how we ll schedule meetings, send official documents and invoices, how you will receive Trello updates, and relay other important communication. Our policy is to respond to emails within 24 hours (usually much sooner!). If you send us an email after 5 pm PST, expect a response the following business day - Monthly services These projects (such as social media management) act like a monthly subscrip tion. The services will be paid for upfront on a monthly basis. - Custom quote project With custom quote projects, the scope of the project is determined and a total cost is projected. The project minimum deposit is paid upfront, and then an invoice will be submitted every two weeks until project completion. Guesstimates: Sometimes clients approach us with custom projects that do not have the work whole scope determined until the project begins, by two weeks into the project we can make a much clearer estimate for the work load required. In this case, the project quote will include the project minimum deposit (paid upfront), and a guesstimate based on what we understand for the project requirements (which includes the deposit). Once two weeks of the project have been completed, you and your account executive will have a better understanding of the entire scope of the project and can discuss adjusting the quote to fit the project s needs if necessary. When the estimate has been finalized, a revised contract will be submitted to client. - Long-term project Long-term projects are custom projects that consist of multiple creative ser vices. The project minimum deposit is paid upfront, a monthly budget is agreed on, and an invoice will be submitted every two weeks. With each project, the necessary features and services to execute projects are accounted for with our competitive pricing: Adobe Creative Cloud, Trello, social media tools, Dropbox, software, and technology. PROMO! presentterra Creative: Stock Subscription: Each project obviously requires visual elements (photos, videos, and more) to bring a brand or message to life. Typically collecting and capturing these elements can be very expensive. presentterra has a large stock resource library with thousands of beautiful photos and content. When you hire presentterra Creative to create your projects, you are given an incredible discount to access this resource library. This promo allows your designers access to all of our stock resource library to use any powerful and compelling visuals (like the images in this packet) when assembling your project, therefore saving you thousands. The promo is $50 a month, giving your presentterra design team total access to presentterra s stock resource library with the basic license for use in your project. If you plan to sell your content for retail, an extended license is required.
