Campaign Period : Campaign Period starts from 24 th June to 09 th July 2016 (both days inclusive) each day from 12 am to 11.59 pm, every week from Monday to Saturday (all days inclusive). 2. Transactions/Payments : The Customers who are doing 2 different transactions/payments per day through Axis Mobile App during the Campaign period will be considered and eligible for this campaign: a) Utility Bill Payment b) Axis Bank Credit Card Payments c) Recharge Mobile, DTH and Datacard d) Transfer of funds through (IMPS/NEFT/ Axis to Axis Transfer) *excluding Fixed Deposit/ Recurring Deposit creation * IMPS is chargeable on Mobile banking Please note: Any transactions done on Sundays during the campaign period will not be part of the campaign 3. By participating in this Campaign, Customers (hereinafter defined) agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Any person participating in this Offer shall be deemed to have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions. 4. Transactions/payments from the Savings Bank Accounts of Customers would only be considered during the campaign period, however this campaign is not applicable to account holders who fall under these categories: NRI, Burgundy, Privee and Axis employees 5. Highest/ Top Payer or Customer will be calculated as cumulative value of all transactions/ payments (type of transactions and payments as defined above) made on Axis Mobile Banking App each day from 12 am to 11.59 pm Definitions: For the purposes of these terms and conditions: Customer" shall mean Axis Bank savings account holder who are eligible for the Axis Bank Service(s) and who has received communication from Axis Bank with respect to the captioned Offer. However, account holders who are NRI, Burgundy, Privee and Axis employees are not considered as customer for this campaign. "Service(s)" shall mean Mobile Banking services of Axis Bank availed by the Customers.
Axis Bank Spend(s) shall mean fund transfers through NEFT/IMPS/ Axis to Axis transfer, Axis Bank credit card bill payment, utility bill payment, recharges (DTH, data card, mobile) *Fixed Deposit and Recurring Deposit creation is excluded Offer shall mean gift of specified item/s to the account holder in cases where the Service is availed during the Campaign Period (24 th June to 9 th July 2016) Daily Prizes: 1. One top spender on Axis Mobile application at the end of every day of the Campaign period i.e. from 7 th June to 30 th June 2016 would get Flipkart voucher worth Rs. 1000 2. A customer can be a daily prize winner only once during the offer period 3. This e-voucher will be sent to the registered Mobile number of the User within a period of thirty (30) days from the Campaign end date. It is clearly understood by the User that the e-vouchers are being provided by a third party Flipkart and not by Axis Bank. Hence, in the event of any dispute regarding utilization of the e-voucher or any other related issues therein or incidental thereto shall be settled by the User directly with Flipkart and no User shall bring any dispute(s) to or against Axis Bank. 4. In case of multiple fund transfers to the same beneficiary account only the highest value transaction will be considered in daily prize category during the campaign period 5. In case of non-availability of valid mobile number/ DNC subscribed mobile number, Axis Bank will not be responsible for non-receipt of the e-voucher by the customer. 6. Flipkart shall make available e-vouchers to related Users who use the voucher on the Flipkart website 7. The e-voucher can be redeemed ONLY on the website www.flipkart.com or Flipkart app and cannot be redeemed directly for cash 8. Each User can redeem only one e-voucher in a transaction. Multiple redemptions by a single user would result in bad transaction. 9. Axis Bank shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever, if the e-voucher(s) are non-functional due to any technical or other issues. Axis Bank shall not take any guarantee or warranty and makes no representation in respect of any such services which will be provided by the Flipkart under the e-voucher. 10. E-voucher is valid only for Flipkart in India & can be used only once within the validity period

GV payment option is not available for single order with multiple sellers. 4) GVs cannot be used to purchase other GVs, GVs cannot be used to purchase Flipkart First subscriptions. 5) If the order value exceeds the GV amount, the balance must be paid by Credit Card/Debit Card/Internet Banking. Cash on Delivery payment option cannot be used to pay the balance amount. 6) If the order value is less than the amount of the GV, the outstanding balance (after deduction of order value) will reflect under the same GV and can be used for subsequent transactions. 7) GVs will expire on 31 st August 2016 and any corresponding unused balance shall be forfeited thereafter. 8) GVs cannot be redeemed for Cash or Credit.
