1) The Company IRST GmbH We offer a wide range of services for applicable to large furnaces and similar plant. Our strength lies in the cleaning and repair/maintenance of waste incinerators and industrial boilers. Our aim is to deliver the best quality work in the shortest possible time, according to programme and to the satisfaction of the client, whilst adhering to all appropriate safety regulations. We work with a well qualified team, with many years experience in sand/grit blasting techniques and industrial cleaning procedures. In addition to experienced personnel, we have a range of specialised equipment suitable for the tasks met in cleansing and modification/repair work in waste incinerators and industrial boilers. With our wide range of equipment and experience in the sector we can offer to resolve complex problems in connection with the repair and maintenance of refractory systems. We have a widespread and international customer base. The main activities we offer are : 1) Mechanical cleaning. 2) Removal of refractory concrete using sand/grit blasting. 3) Surface preparation for subsequent work ( from SA 1 to SA 3 ) 4) Low pressure techniques. 5) Suction techniques. 6) Removal of old fixings. 7) Installation of new boiler tube pins and anchors. 8) Installation of fixings and anchors for tube-wall tiling systems. 9) Supply of all types of reinforcing. In addition to carrying out the above tasks we regard as very important the development of new methods of cleaning and of new types of anchor systems. Detailed project planning and execution ensure that clients schedules are adhered to and that the shortest possible outages are achieved.
