(f) Resolution No. 6568 authorizing a professional service agreement in the amount of $211,200 to The Brodie Group for development of the Geographic Land Information System. (g) Ordinance No. 5303 relating to adoption of the 1999 National Electrical Code, addition of permit and inspection requirements for data and telecommunications systems, and standardization of electrical regulations between Bellevue and surrounding jurisdictions; amending Sections 23.30.010, 23.30.020, 23.30.025, 23.30.030, 23.30.100, 23.30.110, and 23.30.130; and adding new sections 23.30.040 on Receptacles, 23.30.140 on Emergency Systems and 23.30.150 on Communication Class 2 and Class 3 Cables of the Electrical Code chapter of the Bellevue City Code. IS 8-14 PCD 8-17 (The Electrical Division of the Washington State Department of Labor and Industries began enforcing these new rules in April 2001.) (h) Ordinance No. 5304 authorizing execution of a grant contract with the State of Washington Department of Community, Trade, and Economic Development to accept $142,010 in grant funds for the Eastside Narcotics Task Force; establishing a project within the Operating Grants and Donations Fund by appropriating unanticipated and future revenues to that fund; and authorizing expenditures of said grant funds. (i) Resolution No. 6569 authorizing execution of a consultant agreement for engineering services with David Evans and Associates, Inc. in the amount of $522,589 to perform engineering services for the design of the 2002 and 2003 Street Overlay POLICE 8-28 TRAN 8-33
Program. The street segments to be overlaid in the 2003 overlay contract will be determined at a later date in concert with the Comprehensive Neighborhood Investment Program. (CIP Plan No. PW-M-1) (j) Resolution No. 6570 authorizing execution of a professional services agreement with Keyes, Pensiero, Giacobazzi, Inc. (KPG) in the amount of $94,975 to develop the Street Treatment Manual funded as part of the Arterial Classification Study. (k) Motion to award Bid No. 0133 for exterior repainting of Crossroads North and South steel reservoirs in the amount of $113,152 to Western Industrial, Inc. as low bidder. (l) Resolution No. 6571 authoring execution of a Relinquishment of Sewer Easements for three sanitary sewer easements no longer required by the City. (m) Resolution No. 6572 authorizing execution of an agreement with LOGON.NET for project management services in the amount of $92,000 for replacement of the Fleet and Communications Maintenance Management Information System. Land Use (a) Ordinance No. 5305 approving the rezone application of the Seneca Real Estate Group, Inc. and OC Real Estate Management to allow for additional uses to those granted by the 1989 Concomitant Agreement No. 14463 adopted by Ordinance No. 4010. HE/PCD Matt Terry Dan Hardin 10-1 Quasi-judicial matters are those in which the Councilmembers sit as judges to decide issues involving specifically identified property or other rights between individuals or parties. This is as opposed to the Council s usual role of acting in a legislative or policy-making capacity.
