Executive Summary This Strategic Goals and Business Plan document 2014 2016, lays out an exciting and challenging path for DCL Security as we set our sights on the future. Knowing our success starts with our team, DCL Security pulled together a workshop in November 2013 along with a brand review to grow this plan into the ambitious road map it is today. DCL Security s goals were created by the Management Team and will guide us through the next two years. DCL Security s team then developed the 2014 2016 Business Plan which outlines the plans for the upcoming two years. Our direction has shifted from our last business plan by tightening our focus to excel at four strategic goals: Service Delivery, Digital Marketing, Communication and Processes and Procedures. Although our focus is refined, our impact and reach will be wide. DCL Security s reputation has long been as a solid and reputable security company, and we will continue to be defined as this while growing our presence in the UK market. At DCL Security s core, we provide excellent customer service to help our clients secure their business. We deliver an essential service that s focused on the security of our clients and our future. Acknowledgements Guidance through the management team s strategic plan helped to align our priorities and set a path for the next two years. Our Security Guards and employees were also instrumental in setting the direction of this plan. Our people on the front lines know our business best and interact daily with our customers. The Strategic Business Plan Team sends a huge thanks to all staff who participated in our workshop session. Your courage and confidence in having your voices and opinions heard helped build our blueprint for success. This team s dedication and commitment was ever-present while building our plan which will serve as a compass for all our actions and efforts in the coming years.

We at DCL Security aim to be recognised within the security industry as a benchmark for all others to aspire to both locally and nationally. Vision To be the preferred choice for security and facility services throughout the UK and be recognised as a quality and professional security company that would be recommend to businesses and contacts. PROCESSESS & PROCEDURES: Our goal is to update our internal processes and procedures where required. Our new CRM system will be implemented to better track communications with customers and profile each contact linked to an organisation. Our approach, service delivery by financial targets will reflect our progressiveness and passion. COMMUNICATION PLAN: Our goal is to have an effective Communications Plan which will highlight the marketing opportunities for DCL Security to develop the brand in order to increase market share.
