Working with a Folders and Subfolder: 1. Use the keyboard shortcut + E to open the Windows Explorer view. The left pane displays all the drives and devices attached to your computer. The right is a list of the drives sorted in categories 2. Double Click on your H Drive to show your folders and files.

5. How to move files and folders Cut and Paste Select the file or folder you want > right click on the file/folder > select cut > navigate to the new location > right click and paste. OR To select a group of files or folder hold down the Shift key > click on the first file and the last file you want (everything between those two locations will be selected) > use the cut and paste method from the previous step or use the drag and drop method to move the files. To drag and drop click and hold down your right mouse button and drag the files/folders over the location you are moving them to. When the folder turns blue let go of the mouse To select non-adjacent files/folders use the CTRL key instead of shift, this will allow you to skip around to select files/folders. Your H: drive is backed up every night, however, it is always a good idea to periodically back up your files on a flash drive, One Drive, Skydrive, Dropbox, or an external hard drive. Drag these files into the folders above

Move to the beginning of a line of text. End Key... Move to the end of a line of text. Control Right/Left Arrow... Move through the document word by word. Control Up/Down Arrow... Move through the document paragraph by paragraph. Control Home... Move to the beginning of the document. Control End... Move to the end of the document. Control Page Up/Page Down... Move to the top of the previous page or next page.
