This allows Marketing to share approved templates while maintaining autonomy for clients to manage and send their own campaigns. Each client provides a list of approved publishers who then have access to their department's or organization's account. o Marketing has access to all client accounts but access is reserved for the purpose of providing new templates as they become available, and providing limited technical support. It is ultimately the client's responsibility to draft content, build subscription lists, acquire necessary approvals and pay associated costs (for metrics only). o It is the responsibility of the client to build and manage subscription lists according to existing regulations.
