We were not disappointed! The website is very easy to edit and navigate. To upload documents and photographs takes seconds, even for members of staff who are not very confident using ICT. If there are any queries or we need some support the School Spider team are at the end of the phone and they reply to emails very quickly. The video tutorials of how to use the website and VLE are particularly helpful! We would recommend School Spider without any hesitation! Staff were spending ages uploading information and constantly struggled to find out how to complete tasks.
