I. Preface 1. About This Document This user manual provides you with information about how to install and use Magento Extension Review Booster effectively and efficiently for your e-commercial business on Magento Platform. 2. II. Introduction Product reviews might be a major factor in your customers decision-making process. Review Booster extension will help you get more reviews and increase your sales. The extension consists of 5 major functionality parts: 1. Review on Product Page with nice design can improve the percentage the customer post his/her review 2. Review Reminder helps you generate dramatically trustworthy reviews 3. Review Sidebar nicely displays hot customer reviews, another great force to customer decision 4. Social Sharing integrating with Facebook makes your products spreading more widely than ever. 5. New Review Notifier makes you not miss your value reviews Outstanding features: Review on Product Page: Customer can directly post his review on Product Page Nice re-design for list of product reviews Vote integration for customer reviews Captcha integration to against spamming (can enable/disable by admin) Social sharing (Facebook, Twitter, Google+) integration (can enable/disable by admin) Sidebar Display: Allow admin to setup to display(enable) HOT reviews sidebar on left or right, or both Allow admin to config Block Title (text on the top of block) Allow admin to enable function filtering reviews by current category (Enable to display ONLY reviews of Category in Category Page) Allow admin to config Number of Reviews should be displayed Allow admin to enable function filtering reviews by overall review-rating 4

III. How to use 1. After Installing After installing, you can check the module is installed successfully or not by login to admin and go to Catalog > Review Booster (if you are logging as admin, PLEASE logout and login again). You can see 4 submenus like this: 6

2. Review on Product Page After installing successfully, go to your product page, you can see the list of customer reviews nicely with vote and social integrating like this: 7

integrating: You can also post the comment directly on the product page with option captcha In the admin configuration, there are four setting-options for you to config the display of reviews and reviews form in product page: 8

There are some notes for you when enabling Captcha function. The Captcha function of Review Booster is managed by Core Captcha system of Magento. First of all, you need to enable Captcha on frontend. Moreover, you also must enable Captcha in Review form by going to System > Configuration > Customer > Customer Configuration. 9

3. Sidebar display This function helps you display nicely value customer reviews. Admin can go to Configuration to manually setup the display of reviews on sidebar with the following options: 10

4. Admin Notification When user post a review, module automatically sends an email to admin, so you will never miss any value reviews from customers. You can set up to send notification to two or more admin emails simultaneously. You can also edit/choose your own template email. Here is an example of notification: 12

5. Customer Review Reminder Customer Review Reminder is the most important part of Review Booster Extension, that help you increase not only the number of reviews, but also the trustworthy of reviews from your customers. When the customer create an order, this order will be a status. By configuration, you can choose any status when create a reminder for each product in the order. Reminder is same as alarm clock containing an email that will be send at indicated time after order changes status. Admin also is able to change email template and sender for reminder. Here is the configuration page for Customer Review Reminder: 13

Admin can manage or manually send the reminders in admin page by go to Catalog > Review Booster > Manage Reminders. In this page, you can see all information of all the reminders have created by Review Booster, you can also see the status of each reminder. By default, we support 5 statuses: Pending : waiting status, reminder is waiting for coming to your email customer Sent: reminder has been sent successfully to your customer Not sent: reminder has some internal error when sent to customer Not sent by unsubscribed: reminder was not sent by the customer unsubscribe this function (when he/her feeling be spammed, had click the unsubscribed-link) Replied: reminder has successfully received the reply from the customer (When he clicks the review-link to review page) 15

As you see, the status Not sent by unsubscribed of reminders created when the customer unsubscribe this function by clicking the unsubscribed link as below example reminder email: In the admin page, you can manage the unsubscribed customer or remove the customer from unsubscribed list after a period. Go to Catalog > Review Booster > Manage Unsubscribed Customer. 16

6. Social Sharing Besides integrating social sharing in product page, in this version we are also integrate social sharing with facebook fan page. Facebook Fanpage is an essential part in marketing campaign of almost bussiness. By using review booster, sharing a review on your fanpage become not easier than ever. First of all, you need to config to make Reviews Booster connect to your Facebook Fan Page. There are 3 variables you must fill completely: Review Booster connects to your Fanpage through a Facebook App. You can get App ID and App Secret from developer page of your facebook app. If you do not have any one. Please follow the tutorial at the end of user guide. It just takes you ~ 15 minutes. You can get Page ID from your Facebook Fan Page. If you do not know how to get it. Please follow the tutorial at the end of user guide. I just takes you ~ 2 minutes. 17

After saving THREE variables Facebook App ID, Facebook App Secret, Facebook Page ID in configuration page, you can go to Catalog > Reviews Booster > Social Sharing to complete the connection between Review Booster and Facebook. 18

IV. Tutorials 1. Create a Facebook App for your website Step 1: Login to your facebook account. This account will be the owner of this app, so you should log as your company marketing facebook account. If you do not have anyone, you should create a new facebook account. After logging in facebook, choose Create App at the right-top corner. 19

It will redirect to the Developer Page (don t worry! it s easy!). Step 2: Next, you choose Create a New App. 20

Step 3: Fill the Display Name, and choose Category for new app, then Click Create App. 21

Step 4: In Dashboard section, you can catch App ID and App Secret. They are two values you must fill at configuration page to connect with Review Booster module. 22

Step 5: Config with your website. You must fill Contact Email, then click Add Platform > Choose Website, and fill your domain website URL to Site URL. 23

Step 6: Switch this button to Yes to let your app to the public. That s all. We are done! 25

2. Get your Facebook Page ID Go to your Facebook Fan Page and choose Edit Page > Update Page Info 26

At the bottom of tab Page Info, you will see Facebook Page ID. 27
