Executive PGDM Subject Titles across terms Indicative Courses across Terms PRETERM Students to the One Year Executive PGDM program will come from diverse educational backgrounds and industries. Many have been away from academics for some years. To enable a smooth transition back to academics and learning, the program will offer a weeklong / fortnightlong preparatory course to help students get acquainted with the new surroundings, new community, a new way of life and most importantly the course and teaching style at the Institute. The preterm is an intensive programme, with three modules covering Quantitative Methods, Accounting, and Statistics. These courses are optional. However, the faculty will not repeat these topics in the elective and core courses. Orientation Orientation emphasizes teamwork and class spirit through a variety of social and recreational activities. Students spend their time indicating the electives they are likely to take after some discussion with the faculty and providing a percentage of priority to the various options available, settling down, and familiarizing themselves with, the Schoolresources, and one another. The Electives are to be indicated on the basis of the priority the student places on a particular course depending on the future career plans. While every effort will be made by the Institute to provide the elective of the participant s choice, the same will be an outcome of two aspects: There are a minimum number of 10 participants opting for the elective.
