Program Management Seminar The word s best management schoos are noted for their superior program execution, high eves of customer satisfaction, and continuous program improvements. Be one of them! Background and Objectives Today, managers of educationa programs face greater and greater chaenges. To meet the needs of their increasingy sophisticated students, many pubic, private and corporate schoos have turned their attention to improving the panning, marketing, and deivery of their programs. Motivated by a desire to hep member institutions to continuousy improve and advance the overa quaity of business education and management deveopment, and aware of the important roe that the program management function has in this respect, in 2005 CEEMAN expanded its compex portfoio of programs and activities. It designed and aunched a unique program aimed at deveoping capabiities reated to the design, promotion and deivery of educationa programs.

This unique program is targeted at managers of educationa programs. It has generated great interest among private, pubic, and corporate management deveopment institutions wordwide, incuding the most prestigious schoos. The 10 editions of this word-cass program in 2005-2014 were attended by more than 290 participants from over 100 business schoos in 43 countries of Europe, Asia, and Africa. In an artice tited Essentia Lessons for the Business Schoo Infantry, pubished on 28 February 2011, the Financia Times describes the main proposition of this unique program and expores what is behind the wordwide interest in it. It was a great opportunity to take part in this CEEMAN program, during which I gained knowedge from the facuty but aso from the participants. I wi certainy recommend it to members of INSEAD.
