Redeem A Coupon When a customer wishes to redeem a coupon, scan it into a transaction to ensure it's properly tracked for reporting purposes. To properly report your sales for reimbursement, specific configuration is required for the coupon; see System Setup (on page 2). Results can be further filtered if desired; click for details on this process. Unsubscribed Customers Ascend does not automatically update when customers unsubscribe from marketing emails. To ensure your store complies with local privacy laws, update your customers' communication preferences promptly. 1. Log in to Ascend Online Reports; click for details on this process. 2. From the Ascend Online Reports Home screen, click the TCRM Unsubscribe List link. 3. From the Start Date and End Date fields, specify a date range. Best Practice 3 If you wish to display all customers who unsubscribed at any time, check the All Unsubscribed 4. Click [Run Report]. 5. On the toolbar, click [Export for Ascend].
