Suites might also be available for $349.00 per night. All rates are subject to state and local taxes currently at 12.45%. Arrival & Departure Check-in time is 4:00 PM and check-out is by 12:00 PM. Guests arriving prior to 4:00 PM will be accommodated as rooms become available. The front desk can arrange to check baggage for those arriving early when rooms are not available. Parking Overnight parking is available at the following rates: Self Park per night $30.00 Valet Park per night $41.00 Internet Access Guestrooms are all equipped with wireless internet via T-Mobile for $9.99 per day. General Information Attire The attire for the conference is business casual. Don t forget to bring a sweater or jacket for those cool nights and chilly conference rooms. Continuing Education APA Approved As of September 1, 2006 the APA has instituted an Approved Provider Program for organizations that conduct payroll education. The 2008 MPAY Software User Conference is approved by the American Payroll Association to provide education credits to attendees of the conference. Attendees can acquire Recertification Credit Hours to apply toward FPC or CPP certifications attained through the American Payroll Association. MPAY conference credits = 1.4 CEU s or 14 RCH s There is an additional $15.00 administration fee for those who would like an official Certificate of Completion. You will be asked to pay this additional charge during your registration process. Certificates will be mailed to the attendees following the conference. Boston, MA - August 21-23, 2008 Transportation Logan International Airport is approximately 4.5 miles from the Hyatt Regency Boston. The hotel does not offer a free shuttle service. Taxi Taxi fare is approximately $20.00-$25.00 from the airport to the hotel. Subway The T is Boston s subway system and about 100 feet from the hotel entrance. It is on the same block as the hotel. The cost is $2.00 to ride anywhere in the city or surrounding suburbs. The Red and Orange lines stop at this station which is called the Downtown Crossing stop. The hotel is one T stop away from Backbay and about 4 blocks to South Station. Conference Registration Online Registration All registrations for the 2008 MPAY Software User Conference will be handled via online registration. You also have the option to pay for the conference via check, Visa, MasterCard or American Express. See Online Registration Instructions. A Developer s Guide to Crystal Reports & M3 This class is offered in conjunction with the MPAY User Conference. This is a special session offered once per year. You may attend just the Crystal class or register to stay for the User Conference. This two-day class is structured to aid experienced Crystal Developers in the creation and deployment of custom Crystal reports within the Millennium 3 application, and issues pertaining to migrating Crystal Reports developed for Millennium 2 to Millennium 3. LOCATION Hyatt Regency Boston Duxbury Room Cost 2-Day Session = $750.00 If also attending the user conference, a $100.00 discount will be applied to your user conference fee during registration. Registration Follow the same registration instructions outlined on page 6 of this document. You may register for the Crystal class only or register for the class and the conference. Who should attend: Prerequisites: Requirements: Experienced Crystal Developers responsible for the migration of custom Crystal reports from Millennium 2 to Millennium 3, or Crystal Developers who wish to learn more about the Crystal Reporting environment in Millennium 3. Students must have a working knowledge of Crystal Reports. Students should have some experience developing reports for Millennium (2 or 3). Students should have a basic understanding of relational databases. In order to attend this class students must provide the following: Laptop The latest version of M3 installed Students converting from M2 to M3 may wish to have M2 and Access installed Some of the topics and labs discussed in the class cover features found in SQL Server.
