Our caring, compassionate and professional approach is focused on maximizing independence and quality of life as well as health, safety and wellbeing. Dear clients, families and friends, As a family, we know firsthand, how it feels to need support and introduce outside care into the home for a loved one. When our mother was first diagnosed with Alzheimer s Disease in 2001, we experienced many feelings. Our mother had to accept her disease while we, as a family, had to learn how to provide the best support and care for her as well as ourselves throughout this process. Our primary concern and goal was to respect her wishes and ensure she was safe and well. In December 2010, our mother s journey came to an end. She has inspired us to continue our dedication and commitment to helping others in their journey with Alzheimers and dementia. Our combined experience in nursing and eldercare coupled with our personal experience has helped us to understand and empathize. For everyone touched by it, the realities of the disease often cause overwhelming feelings of denial, sadness and fear of what the future will bring. The invaluable support of our HomePartners care staff helps to ease the multiple challenges and transitions the client and family face. Most important, there is comfort in knowing they receive the best, supportive care available. With warmest regards, Julie Rand Vickers, Gale Rand McGee Gale, our Mom Audrey, Marion, Julie
