Our Frosty Ties have a cold application temperature range of -4 F (-0 C). This is a 6 F difference in cold application temperature rating. All cable ties have a measured moisture content to allow ties to be flexible. During cold weather periods, the moisture in ties can freeze, making the ties brittle and susceptible to breakage.
