CORPORATE / INVESTMENTS Cambridge Industrial Trust ( CIT ) Oxley s milestone investment in 2008, CIT is the first industrial real estate investment trust listed on the Singapore stock exchange on July 2006. Market capitalization of US$430m and portfolio of 43 industrial properties valued at approx. US$720m. Oxley together with National Australia bank has a 100% stake in the trust manager. The manager has plans to expand the portfolio over the next 3-5 years to circa US$2.0b in size. CMIL plans to establish and manage wholesale unlisted property funds in Australia CMIL will also act as trustee for agricultural land held on behalf of our Agri/Alternative Energy businesses.

AGRICULTURE / ALTERNATIVE ENERGY Ethacane Bioenergy Oxley's investment vehicle with a strategic focus on sugarcane based agriculture/ alternative energy sectors. Initial investment in Ethacane Australia, a vertically integrated greenfield development of a state-of-the-art surgarcane farm and bio-ethanol plant located in Townsville, Queensland. Townsville is one of Australia s largest sugar exporters. The strategically located farm is supported by the Townsville Port, Queensland s third largest seaport, an excellent transport network of road and rail and a secured water supply. CORPORATE / INVESTMENTS Oxley Global Opportunities LLC ( Oxley Opportunities ) Oxley Opportunities is a fund set up by Oxley to explore co-investment opportunities with our family office partners. The Fund can invest directly into businesses in sectors where Oxley has proven expertise. The Fund is currently evaluating several projects globally and intends to make its seed investment in the first half of 2011.

CORPORATE / INVESTMENTS Auric Pacific Group ( Auric ) A Singapore listed company with a market capitalisation of approximately US$65 million, Auric engages in four principal activities: i. Food marketing and wholesale distribution ii. Food manufacturing manufacture of bakery and pastry products iii. Food retail and food courts notably Delifrance and Food Junctions Holdings Limited iv. Property and securities investment Oxley is currently advising management on operational, financial and investor relations issues. 3 main initiatives include: i. Key Personnel

Michael Dwyer, Executive Chairman For over 15 years, Mr Dwyer was intimately involved in the REIT industry in Australia having held the position of Joint Managing Director of a leading Mortgage REIT. He also has strong involvement with the Securities Industry Regulators and Financial Service Associations in Australia. Mr. Dwyer as the Chief Executive Officer listed the eighth REIT on the Singapore Stock Exchange in 2006. It was the first independent cross-border listed property trust, raising S$500m at listing. Mr. Dwyer s family has deep roots in the agricultural industry in Queensland, Australia. He is also a qualified solicitor possessing 20 years of experience in all facets of commercial and property law. He is a current management board member of the Asian Pacific Real Estate Association (APREA). Mark Pawley, Chief Executive Officer Mr Pawley brings a wealth of management and financial expertise together with an unparalleled depth of knowledge of the Pacific Rim. Based in Asia with Credit Suisse since 2000, Mr Pawley served as Chief Operating Officer of Asia Pacific Investment Banking and Head of Asian Real Estate, Gaming and Lodging and Financial Sponsor Coverage Industry Groups. While at Credit Suisse Mr Pawley completed a number of high profile deals including the $1billion sale of Raffles Hotel Group, the $150 million sale of Hamptons, the $1billion sale of OUE, and the $1billion Nasdaq IPO for PBL Melco. Mr Pawley also developed Credit Suisse s Financial Sponsors Coverage Group into one of the industry leaders while establishing relationships with all the major private equity firms active in the region. As Chief Operating Officer of Investment Banking, Mark oversaw regional offices in Singapore, Jakarta, Kuala Lumpur, Bangkok, Manila, Shanghai, Beijing, Hong Kong, Taipei, Mumbai, Sydney and Melbourne. He holds a BA (Hons) in Economics from Essex University and is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers and member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing.

Victor Ong, Executive Director- Real Estate Mr. Ong has 20 years of experience in real estate funds management and investment banking in Australia and Asia. In Asia, he was an Executive Director of Allco Funds Management (Singapore) Limited and the CEO of Bluestone Asia group Ltd., an innovative and diversified real estate development and funds management company. In Australia, he was a director responsible for the successful development of the funds management operation at Trafalgar Managed Investments Limited. Mr Ong also co-founded Paladin Australia Limited in 1994, a funds management company acquired by Deutsche Bank in 2000. Previously, he was also a senior executive with the Lend Lease Group for 7 years participating in the property and funds management divisions consisting of General Property Trust, MLC Property Funds and Australian Prime Property Funds. Victor holds a Degree in Building (UNSW) and a Master of Business (Applied Finance). George Y. Filmeridis, Executive Director- Private Equity Mr Filmeridis has more than 28 years of experience in both commercial and investment banking. He has held positions with US based banks including American Express Bank, Merrill Lynch International, and AIA Capital Corporation. He has spent most of his professional career in the Asia Pacific region primarily in corporate advisory and private equity. He has completed various transactions including more recently the buy-out of Unza Holdings, sale of Dunham Bush (Malaysia) and of Fine Components (Thailand), and restructure of WRP Asia Pacific. His prior experience included structured finance, loan syndications, project finance, private capital placement, mergers and acquisitions and private equity funds management. George holds a BA in Accounting, Finance and Economics from the University of Bosphorus in Istanbul and his MA from the University of Texas.

Manish Agarwal, Executive Director- Leverage Capital Group (an Oxley Group Associate Company) Mr. Agarwal has more than 15 years of experience in Investment Management and Financial Services Industries in India & International Market. As the Director of Leverage Capital Group in India, he is a strategic thinker and astute in identifying, evaluating and capitalizing Business Opportunities. He has promoted Financial Services Company, Micro Finance lending business, Real Estate development management, Agro based business and believes in value creation through innovative ideas & building organizations with empowered leaders. Mr. Agarwal in a short span raised funds for many noticeable high profile deals for Indian companies. He has extensive involvement in Corporate Projects, Real Estate and Infrastructure Financing and has undertaken Restructuring and Reengineering of various businesses in India. He also advises a number of Indian listed companies on funding aspects. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst Post Graduate Diploma holder in Business Management and a He is a Chartered Financial Analyst, Post Graduate Diploma holder in Business Management, and a Cost & Management Accountant by qualification.
