Since I started my own Consultancy company one year ago, I have been working as a consultant at the Danish pension company PFA, where I am Test Manager on a System Integration Test. As a project manager at Motorola I was responsible for software testing in an international multi-site project team with more than 30 resources. As a consultant resource manager within the Cap Gemini Group (> 400 employees), I have been responsible for 60 test consultants working at client sites. In addition, I was responsible for recruitment of test consultants in a highly competitive marked. Besides my economical education (M.Sc in Economics), I have an extensive practical and theoretical background within the software test and requirement management domain. Furthermore I have trained consultants in the software test method TMap (Test Management Approach) and am thus a very capable instructor and communicator. Test manager for a System Integration Test for the integration of a new core pension system together with 10 legacy systems. Managing a test team with up to 15 testers, both professional testers and testers from the user organization. PFA is one of the major pension companies in Denmark. 02-2005/08-2008 Motorola, Project Manager, Denmark As a Project Manager I was responsible for the System & Integration Test of business critical radio communications infrastructure (Tetra-network). This implies managing the integration testing of soft- and hardware deliveries from up to 20 development teams world wide, into one system. The test team was an international multi site test team (in Denmark, Poland and UK) with up to 30 resources during execution phase. Project size varies up to 220 staff month. In addition, I was also responsible as a line manager for 8 persons in the test department. Motorola, Inc. is a global leader in wireless, broadband and automotive communications technologies and embedded electronic products. 08-2004/01-2005 DWD (Danish Wireless Design), Requirement manager & Defect manager, Denmark After Flextronics closed their site in Copenhagen, the site was taken over by DWD. DWD is 100% owned by Infineon Technologies and delivers platforms for mobile phones. 03-2004/07-2004 Flextronics (former Microcell), Requirement manager & Defect manager, Denmark As a requirement manager I was mainly responsible for all SW User Interface (UI) requirements. The requirement manager is a linking pin between the customer, the developers and the testers. Together with my colleague we created and optimized the (multi site) requirement process. A successful introduction of a requirement management tool (Rational Requisite Pro) was part of this. The defect management role involved creating and introducing the defect management process, keeping track of all defects (software, hardware and mechanics), deciding whether a defect is a defect or not, coordinating defect management meetings with managers from different departments and providing the project management with defect metrics. Flextronics is an ODM (original design manufacturer) for mobile phones. 02-2002/03-2004 Embedit, SW Test & SW Requirement consultant, Denmark During this period I worked on starting up Embedit s test competence center and I worked on the assignments described below.
