This prevents unwanted movement of the landing gear (Install the nose landing gear, body landing gear and wing landing gear ground lock safety pins as per AMM 32-00-00-481-801). 1B WARNING: Make sure that the safety devices and the warning notices are in position before you start a task on or near: - The flight controls - The flight control surfaces - The landing gear and related doors - Components that move 1C Install wheel chocks. AMM. 1D If the aircraft electrical network is not energized, perform a safety check to ensure proper position of controls and switches before energizing the electrical network. (Ref: AMM 24-92-71-210-801-A). 4B AMP ZL-711-00001-01 (Zone 711) Do a general visual inspection of the NLG. Do a visual check of the structure, the equipment and the systems. Make sure that there is no damage, corrosion, leaks, cracks or chafing and that the lines are correctly attached. (Ref: AMM 05-27-10-210-801).

Make sure that inspection areas are sufficiently clean. Refer to AMM for cleaning procedures. 5A AMP ZL-731-00001-01 (Zone 731) Do a general visual inspection of the wing landing gear and make sure there are no signs of corrosion, damage to the protective finish, distortion, cracks, excessive wear, chafing, scores, dents and burrs. (Ref: AMM 05-27-30-210-801). 5B AMP 200731-00001-01 (Zone 730) Do a detailed inspection of the Brake Temperature Compensation Module (BTCM) L/HIRF Wiring Protection installed. Make sure there are no signs of corrosion or damage. Make sure that there are no signs of loose screws or connectors, clamps, fasteners or bonding leads. (Ref: AMM 24-92-73-220-801-A). 5C AMP ZL-731-00001-01 (Zone 741) Do a general visual inspection of the wing landing gear and make sure there are no signs of corrosion, damage to the protective finish, distortion, cracks, excessive wear, chafing, scores, dents and burrs. (Ref: AMM 05-27-30-210-801). 5D AMP 200731-00001-01 (Zone 740) Do a detailed inspection of the Brake Temperature Compensation Module (BTCM) L/HIRF Wiring Protection installed. Make sure there are no signs of corrosion or damage. Make sure that there are no signs of loose screws or connectors, clamps, fasteners or bonding leads. (Ref: AMM 24-92-73-220-801-A). 6 ENGINE WARNING: Make sure that job set-up configuration and safety precautions are in place. Make sure that inspection areas are sufficiently clean. Refer to AMM for cleaning procedures. 6A AMP 242000-00003-01 Drain and replenish VFG 4 Oil system as per AMM 24-21-00-610-801-A 6B AMP 242000-00007-01 Replace VFG 4 Oil Filter as per AMM 24-21-00-610-802-A Discard old filter.

Record in the aircraft technical logbook the qty of oil uplifted to reach the maximum level: Carryout VFG 4 Oil Top up to the maximum level as per AMM Task 24-21-00-612-801. Use a FLASHLIGHT. (Ref: AMM 05-21-30-210-801) AMP 501300-00001-01 (Zone 130) Examine the ceiling panels, the partition wall panels and the sidewall panels for cracks and other damages. Make sure the panels are correctly attached. Missing fasteners are not permitted. Ref: 50-13-00-210-801. Make sure that the self-adhesive tapes, installed at the joints of the panels are in the correct condition. If necessary, replace the damaged self-adhesive tape. Make sure the seal of each panel is in the correct condition. Examine floor panels for cracks or other damages. Make sure that the seal of each floor panel is in the correct condition. Examine the access doors installed in the partition wall and make sure that the door locking mechanism(s) operate correctly. AMP 256800-00005-01 (Zone 130) Do a visual check of the cargo lining decompression panels. (Ref: AMM 25-68-00-210-805) 9 AFT CARGO COMPARTMENT AMP ZL-151-00001-01 (Zone 150) Do a general visual inspection of the lower deck aft cargo compartment. Use a 9A FLASHLIGHT. (Ref: AMM 05-21-50-210-801) 9B 9C AMP 501400-00001-01 (Zone 150) Examine the ceiling panels, the partition wall panels and the sidewall panels for cracks and other damages. Make sure the panels are correctly attached. Missing fasteners are not permitted. Ref: 50-13-00-210-801. Make sure that the self-adhesive tapes, installed at the joints of the panels are in the correct condition. If necessary, replace the damaged self-adhesive tape. Make sure the seal of each panel is in the correct condition. Examine floor panels for cracks or other damages. Make sure that the seal of each floor panel is in the correct condition. Examine the access doors installed in the partition wall and make sure that the door locking mechanism(s) operate correctly. AMP 256800-00005-01 (Zone 150) Do a visual check of the cargo lining decompression panels. (Ref: AMM 25-68-00-210-805) 10 BULK CARGO COMPARTMENT AMP ZL-161-00001-01 (Zone 160) Do a general visual inspection of the lower deck bulk cargo compartment. Use a 10A flashlight. (Ref: AMM 05-21-60-210-801)

Make sure that the self-adhesive tapes, installed at the joints of the panels are in the correct condition. If necessary, replace the damaged self-adhesive tape. Examine the access doors installed in the partition wall and make sure that the door locking mechanism(s) operate correctly. AMP 256800-00005-01 (Zone 160) Do a visual check of the cargo lining decompression panels. (Ref: AMM 25-68-00-210-805) SYSTEMS 11 ATA 21 - AIR CONDITIONING AMP 212100-00005-01 Discard galley extraction filter elements iaw AMM 25-30-00-920-801. 11A Install new galley extraction filter elements. 12 ATA 25 - EQUIPMENT/FURNISHINGS 12A Check Emergency Equipment for condition and where applicable, ensure sufficient life remaining to the next Service Check, except for Life Vest*. Ref A380 Safety Equipment Check List QA/F/0640. *Note: For life vest only presence and condition needs to be confirmed, life for life vest will be checked every A-check. 12B Check emergency equipment location placards for presence and condition where applicable. Provide/ Replace emergency equipment location placards if required. 12C Carry out the following on Telemedicine Unit Tempus IC (located in Main Deck Galley GSM ft of door M5L): 1) Check the capacity/condition of the battery installed in the unit. 2) Check the capacity/condition of the spare Tempus Battery (P/N 01-1001) placed with the unit. 3) Check the availability of the RJ 45 White Cable (P/N 01-1021) stored with the Tempus IC unit. Note: Battery capacity check can be carried out by pressing the both batteries or on the unit for main battery. button on If there is no green light illuminating on the main unit or main battery then replace the unit. If there is no green light illuminating on the spare battery replace the spare battery. (Technical Notice 44-006).

Ref: AMM 28-11-00-281-804. 13A Note: - Ensure Aircraft was parked for more than one hour and none of the fuel systems components were operational for more than one hour before carrying out the task. - If possible, carry out the water drain procedure before refuelling. If refuelling was carried out on the aircraft before carrying out the task, wait for 1 hour for the separation of fuel and water to ensure ideal water drainage is achieved. - Ensure fuel temperature is above 5 deg. - There must be more than 10% content of fuel in each tank in order to ensure effective water drainage is completed. If less than 10% content of fuel is found, then the indirect water drain valves will have a decreased flow - After drainage, ensure drain valves are properly seated and not leaking. - Make a technical log entry that water drainage has been performed and record amount of water found in each tank. 14 ATA 32 LANDING GEAR AMP 320000-00001-01-E (MPD Task 325400-00002-01) 14A Lubricate all the following Body Wheel Steering Mechanism as per AMM 320000-600-803 of Fig. : 32-00-00-991-03500-A sheet 5/6 and 6/6. 1. Item 93 - Steering Unlock Mechanism 2. Item 94 - Bogie Beam Locking Wedge 3. Item 95 - Locking Wedge 4. Item 96 - Aft Axle 5. Item 97 - Lock Spring (LH) 6. Item 98 - Steering Actuator 7. Item 105 - Steering Actuator Note 1: Item 96 & 99 (AFT AXLE) also require lubricating with raising the BLG aft axle until the wheels are off the ground (Ref. AMM TASK 07-12-00-582-803). Note 2: Ensure that good quantity of new grease comes out from all related joints. Note 3: After Lowering the BLG aft axle and removing the jacks, clean and remove the unwanted grease. Do a Check to ensure that the 'Replace By' date has not been exceeded. Do a Check to ensure that the tamper-evident seals have not been damaged/torn and that metal latch is engaged to its locked position Do a Check to ensure that the humidity indicator (round dot seen through viewing window of the PBE assembly) is blue in color. If it has turned pink, replace the PBE assembly 17 ATA 38 - WASTE/WATER SERVICING AMP 383000-00001-01 Clean Vacuum Waste lines with chemical cleaning agent and crushed ice. 17A (Ref: AMM 38-31-00-100-801). 17B 17C AMP 383000-00003-01 Clean Filter Element of washbasin drain assembly. (Ref: AMM 38-32-00-100-801). AMP 380000-00005-01 Discard water filter of drinking fountain as per AMM 381600-920-801. Install new water filter. 18 ATA 44 CABIN SYSTEMS AMP 442000-00001-01 (Applicable to airplane with Crew Rest Compartment only) 18A Discard IFE CWS / RCC air filter IAW AMM 442100-920-814. Install new IFE CWS / RCC air filter. 19 ATA 45 ON BOARD MAINTENANCE SYSTEM AMP 452000-00101-01 19A Up And Down Data Loading System - Check Of Discrepancies Between Repository Content and Aircraft Configuration as per AMM 452000-860-809.

Ensure no damage has been caused by ground equipment or during baggage loading. Ensure towing lever is in normal (spring loaded) position after tow bar removal. On completion of SERVICE CHECK, ensure Line Maintenance CRS (Form QA/F/0122) is duly completed and certified by authorized person [issued as a single copy and not required to be placed on board the aircraft].
