Important information you need to know about our Super Rewards Home Loan products and the process to apply for a loan: By completing an online application, Assured Home Loans (Assured) can deliver some of the lowest rates in Australia! We are effectively cutting out the middle man which means you save money. Assured offers a Help Desk which gives you a contact point with any questions you have after reviewing our product profile sheet or with filling out the loan application pack. To assist you in sending us a fully completed application pack (to help us in giving you a prompt decision) please carefully read the Checklist and complete all relative sections. Assured offers exceptional customer service by assigning you a dedicated loans officer who will take charge of your application and keep you fully informed at each and every step of the loan process. This person assesses, obtains formal approval and arranges the settlement of your loan. Finally, to assist us in continuing to offer competitive products Assured require a Loan Processing Fee of 100.00 to commence assessment. Once your loan has been conditionally approved, we will require the valuation fee. However, if your loan is declined the initial 100.00 fee is refundable. Please also by aware that these fees are not additional fees but will be applied to the Application and/or Valuation Fees of the loan.
