If the closing balance is less than $20, then the minimum amount owing is equal to the closing balance. In addition, you must pay any amount in excess of the credit limit and any amount shown on the credit card statement as overdue. These amounts are due and payable immediately. Section A, B and C The Primary Cardholder (existing or new name and details) must be for an individual only. Transactional alerts include the account over limit and transaction values over $10,000. Section D A supplementary card is an added card issued to the Primary Cardholder for separate transaction reporting. Section E Additional Cardholder(s) means a person(s) other than the Primary Cardholder that you wish to issue an additional card for use on this Card Account.
