If you do not provide us with this consent or provide us with your personal information we may not be able to arrange finance for you or provide other services. We may collect, use, hold and disclose personal and credit information about you for the purposes of arranging or providing credit to you, managing that credit, direct marketing of products and services by us and managing our relationship with you. Credit information includes the type and amount of credit provided to you, repayment history information, default information (including overdue payments) and court information. Lenders Mortgage Insurers (LMIs) We may exchange personal and credit information with the LMI listed below. 13 9 Application Terms (Continued) Every Applicant for a loan or line of credit from Bank of Sydney (BOS) should read the following sections carefully and should complete and sign where indicated only after having read each section. Your signature may be required in more than one place. THE APPLICANT The Applicant acknowledges that in this Application ( Application ): (c) (a) where there is more than one Applicant, this Application is made by them jointly and severally and the expression the Applicant includes all or each of them according to the context; (d) (b) the Applicant may be referred to as I, you, your, my or me and these pronouns will be taken to mean, respectively, we, you, your, our and us where there is more than one Applicant; (e) a reference to loan means either Business Loan or Business Line of Credit, depending on what the Applicant has marked at the front of this Application as being applied for; where the Applicant is or includes a company, references in this Application to I mean or include the company and any person who signs this Application for or on behalf of the company; and I have read and understood BOS's Privacy Statement.
