The course will provide you with the education and training to Master level which is required to safely operate commercial vessels. On completion of the course, graduates will have the knowledge and skills required to undertake an ustralian Maritime Safety uthority (MS) oral examination for as Watchkeeper Deck. ourse content includes navigation, seamanship, cargo and passenger transport, marine legislation and shipboard safety and management. This course is fully compliant with the education and training requirements of the International onvention on Standards of Training, ertification and Watchkeeping for Seafarers (STW) as amended.
