Our quality assurance personnel are responsible for planning, processing, evaluation and trend detection that allow for precise measurement of conformance to the set standards and specifications. This process involves several stages of quality control as outlined below. Incoming Material Control. All incoming materials are inspected to ensure conformity to the required specifications are met before they can be used on the production line. In-process quality control Manufacturing of printed circuit boards is carefully monitored and controlled at every stage of the production process. This process includes but not restricted to constant chemical analysis and adjustment of all chemical process to achieve optimum results. Statistical Quality Control (SQC). Using SQC the company collects data and analyzes it to assure a high quality and economically viable end product. Outgoing quality control. Electronic testing and final inspection of every outgoing printed circuit board guarantees that the end product meets the customers requirements not only electrically but also mechanically and aesthetically. Packaging. All products are packed to ensure that no damage can occur during transport from the elements as well as rough treatment. All printed circuit boards are manufactured with UL approval and to ISO-9001 quality standards thus ensuring the highest possible quality to our customers. Manufacture of printed circuit boards to MIL Spec is also available should our customers require.
