Lessons learned Con9nuous improvement of processes/set- up during implementa9on phase addi9onal customiza9on for Norway had to be postponed/ excluded from pilot phase Dura9on and quality of UAT tes9ng in admin group: aggressive 9meline did not allow for extensive tes9ng from both users and training admins Reduced flexibility for customized solu9ons (highly customized SAP PD) Importance of data clean- up and analysis Project team correct mix of competence: lack of experience/ knowledge on SuccessFactors LMS (both project team and implementa9on team) No direct contact with vendor all communica9on through 3rd party Challenges due to Global project 9me zones, language 19
