Follow the steps below to recertify or update your Organization s profile in Trading Partner Management (TPM) This user guide covers the following TPM organization maintenance processes: 1. Performing general organization maintenance activity. This can be performed when status is either active or expired. 2. Performing a complete organization recertification. This can be performed when status is either active or expired. When status is expired this must be performed to get to active status. Note: A complete organization recertification action is required at least once every three years in order to remain in active status. IMPORTANT: Only the Organization Administrator, having logged in with 2-Factor Authentication credentials, can make changes to the company s TPM profile. For more information on 2FA credentials please go to http://myexostar.com/lm2fa/ Note: In order to recertify an organization, there needs to be at least one (1) active LMP2P user with 2FA credentials (this can be the organization administrator), associated to the organization. Step 1: Login to Exostar MAG Access your MAG account at https://portal.exostar.com. For help with resetting your Password or forgotten logoncredentials refer to the MAG User Guide. Page 1

Step 2: Access your organization s account in TPM Click on My Account tab and then click on View Organization Details sub-tab. (high-lighted below) On the View Organization Details tab (see below), click on the View in Trading Partner Management (TPM) link as highlighted below. Page 2

Step 3: Access TPM When you click on View in Trading Partner Management link, you will be presented the following screen: Read the notice and Click the Continue button to access the Organization s profile. Page 3

Step 4: Perform Recertification or Organization Update To begin the recertification process, click on the Perform Recertification link under Actions. Note: If you only want to update specific data field(s) for your organization, click NEXT to navigate through the pages or select the applicable title page on the left-hand navigation menu to go directly to the page. If you are performing general maintenance activity, once specific data fields have been updated click on Save. By clicking the Previous or Next links any data updates made will be automatically saved. Page 4

Step 5: Review Organization Name and Address Your company information will be displayed on the Org Summary screen. Most of this information will be populated from Dun & Bradstreet. No user input is required. The Status field displays as follows: Active, Expired, Deactivated, Suspended as the main values. Note: If the D&B data reflected is not correct, you will need to contact Dun and Bradstreet to have corrections made. Corrections made at Dun and Bradstreet will automatically populate this profile. You may access D&B by clicking the following link: https://iupdate.dnb.com/ IMPORTANT: When the organization requests update on the D&B website, it may take up to 60 days for the changes to be reflected in TPM. Click NEXT to continue Page 5

Step 6: Review and update Business Description information (for Federal Tax ID Number/Social Security Number) On the Business Description screen, all fields preceded by an asterisk (*) need to be completed. All other fields are optional and may be entered as appropriate. Update your company s Federal Tax Id or a person s Social Security Number (for individuals) if necessary one or the other is required. This information is only required for Domestic/US based business entities. Per IRS rules and regulations, U.S. suppliers are required to submit a W-9 tax form and NON- U.S. suppliers a W-8 tax form. If no tax form is submitted then a 28% or 30% withholding will be imposed when invoices are paid. To upload a completed IRS W-8 or W-9 tax form: Click on the Upload Tax Form button Select your tax form file Click Open (or double-click on the file) Select the IRS Tax Form Type from selection list If you do not attach a completed form now you will be able to attach it at a later time. If your organization is an OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) review classification and update if necessary. Enter and/or update any NAICS codes as warranted and tag one as the primary. The company size field is required for every NAICS code. Questions listed under Additional Product/Service Business Details are Optional; however they are used by Lockheed Martin to evaluate potential suppliers for new purchase orders. Click NEXT to continue Page 7

Step 7. Company Profile On the Company Profile screen, review/update Parent Company name, US Parent Company Tax ID and Nexus Profile data (if necessary) Dun and Bradstreet will populate the fields with the D&B icon. If any changes to this data are required, please contact D&B. Click Next to continue Page 8

Step 8. Update Socio-economic Information (if necessary) All fields preceded by an asterisk (*) need to be completed. Update as necessary. Click NEXT to continue Page 9

Step 9. Update Socio-economic Self-certification Status All fields preceded by an asterisk (*) need to be completed. Please review and update as necessary. Remember.Clicking on the Certify Size & Status button will save your selections and certify them for another year. Click NEXT to continue Page

Step 10. Update Cyber Security (if applicable) *Cyber Security is important to Lockheed Martin and the questionnaire has been implemented to mitigate risks to suppliers as it relates to sensitive data. If your company does receive sensitive information from a third-party company (i.e. one of the Exostar partners: Lockheed Martin, BAE Systems, Boeing, Northrop Grumman, Raytheon, and Rolls-Royce) you must click the YES button. You will then receive a notification email requesting completion of a Cyber Security Questionnaire. NOTE: The Cyber Security Questionnaire will serve as an indicator of supplier cyber maturity or to highlight the need to mitigate risks of sharing LM sensitive information. Click NEXT to continue Page

Step 11. History Screen On the History screen, information will be pre-populated. No user input required. The Profile Recertification Expiration field is the date that your organization certification will expire on. If a recertification is not done by this date the organization status will be set to Expired. Click Next to continue Page 10

Step 12. D& B Other Information On the D&B Other Information screen, fields that carry the D&B icon will be populated by D&B. No user input is required Note: If the D&B data reflected is not correct, you will need to contact Dun and Bradstreet to have corrections made. Corrections made at Dun and Bradstreet automatically populate this profile. You may access D&B by clicking the following link: https://iupdate.dnb.com/ Click Next to continue. Page 11

Step 13. Foreign (Non-U.S.) / Domestic (U.S.) Owned review and update as warranted For assistance with entry of the value added tax (VAT) field click on the link titled View the VAT Instructions Questions requiring completion will vary, depending on status (U.S. Entity/Person or Non-U.S. Entity/Person). Items appearing in BOLD font with a red asterisk (*) require an answer. If identified as U.S. Entity/Person, complete the If Domestic (U.S) section. If identified as Non-U.S. Entity/Person, complete the If Foreign (Non U.S.) section. Click NEXT to continue Page 12

Step 14. Review and Update (if necessary) Payments/Remittance screen For assistance with completing this page click on the link under the Previous label titled View the Payments/Remittance Page Instructions. All fields pre-ceded by an asterisk (*) need to be completed. All other fields are optional and may be entered as appropriate. If A/T - ACH Domestic (US)/International or W/M Wire-Manual/Worldlink Wire option is selected, please insure all fields in the Bank Information section with an asterisk (*) are entered or reviewed and updated if necessary. Payment Terms are automatically defaulted to Net 30 Days. If a change to Payment Terms is required, contact your Lockheed Martin buyer/procurement representative. Click Next to continue Page 13

Step 15. Contacts Information On the Contacts screen, all fields pre-ceded with a red asterisk (*) require completion in order to add a contact. All other fields are optional and may be entered as appropriate. The bullets listed under the sentence View the Contacts page instructions for help with completing the page are helpful instructions/guidance only, not error messages. For assistance with completing this page click on the link under the Previous label titled View the Contacts Page Instructions. Multiple contact types may be assigned to one individual. If you are not performing the recertification process, click Save to save any updates made. Click Next to continue Page 14

Important Note Steps 16 through 18 are only applicable when you are performing the organization recertification process. Step 16. When updates have been completed, click on the Certify link under Actions on the left-hand navigation menu or the *** Complete Profile Certification Now *** link. Page 15

Step 17. Complete Recertification Review the message displayed and click the YES button to complete the profile recertification process. You must reply Yes for the recertification process to be successfully completed. Step 18. Confirmation of Recertification Success A recertification process confirmation message will be displayed.
