INUP HANDS-ON TRAINING WORKSHOP ON NANOFABRICATION TECHNOLOGIES, was organized by INUP IIT-Bombay from 19 to 23 January 2015.Prof.Ravikumar Tiwari (Electronics Dept.) GHRCE attended the Hands-on workshop. The main objective of this workshop was to give the hands-on practice to the participant on various processing and manufacturing technologies of VLSI. During the workshop, the participants perform RCA cleaning of Si wafer, Oxidation of Si wafer, Metalization and Back-etching. All this processes were performed inside the clean room of IIT-Bombay Nanofabrication facilities. In the concluding session of the workshop, Prof. V. Ramgopal Rao briefs participants and motivates research scholars to submit novel project proposal under INUP.

This Seminar focussed on the RF & Digital Basics and also the latest applications and technologies that are driving the curriculum in education segment as well as industries today.
