Perceptive Interact for Microsoft Dynamics CRM (July, 2013) Perceptive Interact for Microsoft Dynamics CRM enables document management for Dynamics CRM through an embedded component in CRM forms. Using Interact for Dynamics CRM, you can list and view content for related entities within CRM, as well as download and capture documents with context from the CRM entity to enable fast retrieval for related entities. Interact for Dynamics CRM 2.2.x retains the features that were present in the previous version. Additionally, it is compatible with ImageNow version 6.7 and higher and includes the following updates. Updates Introduced the log-in page in Interact for Dynamics CRM. You need to log in using your ImageNow user name and password and can log out any time. (US22883, US22884) Removed the scope of having a single user name and password for all users. Your administrator cannot configure a Perceptive account record for an environment and a common Perceptive user name and password. (US21840) Included the scope of adding a document in workflow in the Capture window. After you capture a document, you can select a queue in the Capture window and route the document to the appropriate queue in workflow. (US23643, US21841) Removed the display of the confirmation message on successful completion of a capture. (US21853) Added the option to remove Field1 to Field5 as view constraints. In the Perceptive Document View Configuration page, under Field1 to Field5, your administrator can select a check box to indicate whether you want to choose the respective document key as a view constraint. (US24206) Included the ability to limit the list of document types displayed during capture. Your administrator can configure the list of document types in the Perceptive Document View Configuration page. (US24756) Historical updates Perceptive Interact for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2.1.x (May, 2013) The following updates are included in this release. Updates Added the Name field and the Primary Record ID field in the Interact for Dynamics CRM user interface. (US19320, US21838) Added the necessary attributes to allow the creation of unique document IDs. (US20262) Added complete support for capturing a file with custom properties. If your administrator configures custom properties for the document type of the file you are capturing, the properties display in the Capture window. You can modify these custom properties. (US19323, US19324, US19325) Reduced the number of clicks to capture a file. If you click the Capture button, browse to the location of a file and select the file or drag-and-drop the file to the Interact for Dynamics CRM grid, the Capture window then opens with the file name you selected.
