Push 22 wager shall mean a wager that wins if the dealer has a total of 22. 13:69F-2.3 Wagers (a) (e)(9) (No change.) (f) Notwithstanding any other provision of this subchapter to the contrary, if a casino licensee offers free bet blackjack in accordance with N.J.A.C. 13:69F-2.31, a player may make a free double down, free split, or both wagers.

(g) Notwithstanding any other provision of this subchapter to the contrary, if a casino licensee offers free bet blackjack in accordance with N.J.A.C. 13:69F-2.31, a player may, in accordance with N.J.A.C. 13:69F-2.32, make a Push 22 wager. 13:69F-2.6 Procedure for dealing of cards (a) (j)(3) (k) In lieu of the procedures set forth in (h) above, a casino licensee may permit a blackjack dealer to deal his or her hole card face upward after a second card and before additional cards are dealt to the players, provided that the casino licensee complies with the notice requirements set forth in N.J.A.C. 13:69F-8.3. The alternative dealing procedure described in this subsection shall not be used at any blackjack table which offers the progressive blackjack wager authorized by N.J.A.C. 13:69F-2.19 or free bet blackjack authorized by N.J.A.C. 13:69F-2.31. (f) Notwithstanding the provisions in (e) above, a casino licensee may offer a variation of free bet blackjack that allows a player to free double down on a hard count of 9, 10, or 11 of any number of cards, if notice is provided as set forth in N.J.A.C. 13:69F-8.3. 13:69F-2.11 Splitting pairs (a) (f) (No change.)
