Appendix 2 SELF-BILLING AGREEMENT This is an agreement to a self-billing procedure between: Anwyl Construction Company Ltd (Self-Biller) of Mona Terrace, Prince Edward Avenue, Rhyl, Denbighshire, LL18 4PH. To make a new self-billing agreement in the event that the Contractors VAT registration number changes. 4.
