Torch Trinity Graduate University - Expat Admission for Fall 2016 (Master s) What is Expat program? The Expat was first created at Torch Trinity Graduate University in the Spring of 2007 to meet the special needs of expatriates in Korea who wanted a theological education in the English language and yet have to maintain a full or part-time profession. As the program was designed for expatriate professionals, part-time study is permitted. Benefits of the Expat program are as follows: First, part-time extended study is possible. Under the Expat all courses are charged on a per-credit basis. An up-front entrance fee is replaced with a lesser, semester-based administrative fee that enables students to take 1 or 2 courses more affordably.
