For the transfer to Madrid on Friday, there will be a bus organised, leaving Boadilla Del Monte on Friday, 13 July at 15:30. For those going to the airport a bus will be organised at 15:00 hours. SCHEDULE The attendees are kindly asked to attend all the conferences and workshops, including the closing session on Friday. Friday there will be two large buses organised: (1) at 15:00 hours to the International Airport (2) at 15:30 to Madrid City. 2. MEALS Breakfast, lunch and dinner will be served at the restaurant of the Residence. For those staying in the hotel breakfast and dinner will be served in the hotel. 3
3. DRESS CODE We kindly ask you to have a business casual dress code (no tie necessary). Jeans and sneakers are not acceptable. 4. Courses For the courses, you do not need to bring any laptops with you. BUT you should/ could bring your own calculators. It would also be advisable for you to make an approximate plan regarding the schedule in which you will attend the parallel workshops. The Conferences are to be attended by all participants. 5.
