Aviation Maintenance Technician Program Application Process Submit the following Liberty University Aviation Maintenance Technician Program (AMTP) application to Liberty University School of Aeronautics for consideration for admittance to the Liberty University AMTP. Read and sign the Liberty University Aviation Maintenance Technician Program Student Certification, as well as Student Agreement. Please also submit original high school and college (if applicable) transcripts. The application, student certification, student agreement and transcripts may be mailed to the Liberty University School of Aeronautics at the address, or faxed to the number, listed below. We will evaluate your application for admission using the following factors: academic performance, program of study in high school and desire to be involved in aircraft maintenance, as well as extracurricular activities. You may also submit letters of recommendation from teachers, employers, or community leaders, though this is not required for acceptance. If you are accepted into the maintenance training program, you will receive a letter of acceptance along with information explaining the next steps in the process. In addition to this application, normal application must be made through Liberty University. NOTE: All aspects as well as operation of the Liberty University Aviation Maintenance Technician Program are contingent upon final FAA approval.
