Human Resources Director (HR) The HR Director looks after the employees. As the company s staff are their biggest asset, they need supporting, organising and at times, disciplining. 1. Plan, develop and implement strategy for HR management and development 2. Manage disciplinary hearings 3. Keeps personnel records 4. Establish and maintain appropriate systems for measuring necessary aspects of HR development 5. Finance director (FD) This role's responsibilities depends on what your company is and requires, typically responsible for all aspects of financial reporting but also generally of reporting to shareholders, administration of tax and dividends, etc. The FD actively participates in setting business and financial strategy and planning, monitoring, management and reporting. Information Technology Director The Information Technology Director manages and provides hardware and software maintenance, training and consultation, and recommendations about future planning and development of resources. Providing these services in an effective and efficient manner will ensure maximum access to and implementation of technology services and resources. 1. Maintaining statutory books, including registers of members, directors and secretaries; 3.
