Seatronics Introduction Seatronics, an Acteon company, specialise in marine electronic equipment rental and sale for a range of applications: geophysical and hydrographic survey; positioning; metocean; video inspection; ROV survey; ROV tooling, diving & non destructive testing (NDT), information technology systems and fishing sensors. The largest and youngest subsea electronic rental fleet available Exclusive agency agreements with best in class Cables and Connectors - the only manufacturer approved cable moulding facility Exclusive products Global coverage Calibration facilities Offshore personnel Onshore support 24/7 3

RTS CUBE - Description The RTS CUBE is an advanced self-contained subsea instrument package for monitoring heading, pitch, roll, depth and other user-specified parameters. The unit is scalable and can be configured as a straightforward battery-operated gyro with subsea displays or as a complex logging solution for a host of different sensors. Examples of applications: Monitoring heading and inclination during descent and deployment of subsea structures Monitoring differential pressure inside suction anchors during deployment to avoid implosion Alignment and placement of pipes Wellhead installation Long term monitoring of subsea installations with automated wake-up and sleep functionality Post installation monitoring The system can provide the user with live data and graphical displays of the required parameters (and optional video) via an acoustic modem or hot stab connection. This will aid the user in decision-making during critical operations and make sure specified tolerances and safety requirements are upheld. The collected CUBE data is supplied as a deliverable and can be replayed post-operation. The CUBE consists of a frame containing system controller and logger, gyro, subsea displays, battery, acoustic telemetry, ROV-operated switch, ROV hot stab and optional auxiliary sensors. 4

CUBE Frame Compact and robust stainless steel frame Unique design to allow for easy access to internal components Rugged plastic protection covers Certified lifting points (4x) ROV-operated switch ROV Hot Stab Mechanical Specifications Dimension: 580,5 x 562 x 562 mm Weight: Approx. 90 kg depending on configuration Additional payload: Approx. 310 kg (MGW max 400 kg) 5

Performance History Since the predecessor of the CUBE, the Gyro Toolbox systems were released, a large number of projects have been successfully completed utilizing these systems. Clients include the major subsea entrepreneurs involved in subsea construction work including Subsea 7, Technip, Fugro, EMAS, Saipem. All system components are sourced from the best possible equipment suppliers. With access to the worlds largest pool of rental marine survey assets, all components are carefully chosen based on track record and performance. All engineering of key CUBE components such as subsea logger, subsea displays, battery packs, framework and software are performed internally by our engineering department. This ensures complete control of system hardware and software, allowing us to fully support the systems and our clients. Our joint rental pool with RTS assures system availability on short notice as well as a global presence. 17
