CitiManager Improvements to Navigation Hierarchy View Results Allows users to view hierarchies by either Name or Number Default is Unit Number and can be changed under User Preferences on the Profile page
CitiManager Improvements to Navigation User ID & Password The rules are now displayed on the screen to guide user through valid user id and password creation Visual validation to advise user when strong id/password has been selected
CitiManager Improvements to Navigation Home/Landing Page is now Home Based on last year s conference feedback; the link to the CitiManager Home Page was renamed and placed in the upper left hand corner for better visibility (Conference Feedback)

CCMS Functionality Enhancements View Hierarchy APC s can link from View Hierarchy to Modify Account and View Statements Email Alerts - Subject lines updated to reflect product type TRAVEL Individually Billed TRAVEL Centrally Billed PURCHASE Centrally Billed Expiration Date Added as a viewable, non-maintainable field Account Status APC s can now link from Inbox Account Status to Modify Account and Statement screens Expanded the available data fields in search results APC Comments A Counter now advises number of active comments
CCMS Functionality Enhancements Central Billed Travel The Invoice # is now displayed for the Billing Account Statements CCMS Reports Added the ability to download reports as a non-executable file Declined Authorizations Now includes expanded information for referred transactions Inquiry Transaction View First name and Posting Date added to search Ability to 'toggle' to the actual statement where searched transactions occurred
CCMS Card Management Account Controls APC s can no longer maintain nor create their own accounts Start and End dates are available for the Single Dollar Transaction Limit Maintenance Log Updated to provide better information related to Real Time and non-real time card maintenance requests Active & Deactive User Flag Y/N flags updated to Active (Y) or Deactive (N) Credit Limit Changes Email alert now available to cardholders upon change in card limits
CCMS Card Management Bulk Account Maintenance Exclude sub-units allows users to select accounts only within a specific unit rather than all units below Upload now allows hierarchy pull; Added SSN as a new field Activate now and Deactivate now fields Hierarchy Pull APC s can now request a hierarchy pull by either the 16-digit account number OR the 9-digit social security number of the cardholder Email Capabilities Allows APC s to email CH's from Statement Inquiry or Inbox SSN Check for Applications APC s will be advised if any SSN has an existing account when initiating a new card application
CCMS Upcoming Enhancements Manage Contacts APC Users will be able to apply changes to all instances of a user in a company regardless of hierarchy A new user can be assigned to multiple hierarchies at one time Applications Rejected applications can now be modified as opposed to requiring the cardholder to start from scratch Multiple Statements Printing Allows user to print multiple statements for a cardholder at one time
CCMS Upcoming Enhancements Bulk Account Maintenance Online process will soon allow hierarchy pull requests; currently supported via upload process only Account Closure requests B9 (Deceased) & T1 (Terminated) are being removed; only V9 Agency request will be available Alerts Users will be able to unsubscribe from CCMS email alerts Mission Critical Card Activation is being removed as a requirement for Mission Critical status Active Status Indicator Real Time Updates Change to the date fields supporting Active & Deactive accounts will take effect immediately. Update to the CCMS screens are visible next day.

CCRS Cycle Based Subscriptions Cycle Based Subscriptions Users can subscribe to a report based on cycle day to run automatically Pre-built reports include dynamic filters to automatically adjust to the actual length of a cycle
CCRS Cycle Based Reports Cycle Based Ad Hoc Reports Preconfigured Dynamic Filters opens up the use of Ad Hoc report design for your personal reports. Ad-hoc and subscription reports are stored in your History List
