We will provide you with a sample proposal that sets out a breakdown of the work included in the design and construction services offered by Neumode Design & Construction in conjunction with the architects. Our clients have found that this detailed budget planning information provided in the early stages of their project is invaluable when combined with the design components. This extra information will allow you to assess the design ideas from both an aesthetic, pragmatic and economic perspective. If you find the Proposal Fee acceptable, you simply complete the Engagement Agreement form indicating which stages of service you require, then sign and return it to our office. Alternatively, if you would like the services tailored to better suit your requirements we can arrange a time to discuss your requirements further.
