His diverse responsibilities range from Global Multi channel Fraud & Payments, Retail Profit Protection, Programs and Predictive Analytics to Fire, Health & Safety. He has built his strong retail experience working within many of the top global retail brands and during his career has held positions such as Loss Prevention Director for Nike, European Loss Prevention Manager Disney stores and Loss Prevention Manager Abercrombie & Fitch. With a strong focus on adding value to the top line as well as protecting the bottom line, Jon is consistently looking at how the skill set within Safety & Loss can be utilised further within the company to increase sales, productivity and stock accuracy. 14:35 15:10 Moods of Norway picking low hanging fruits from RFID and prepares for the Omni future Hans Petter Hübert Retail Director MOODS OF NORWAY Hans Petter Hübert has 15 years of experience in the Fashion industry, both as a consultant working with Accenture, and later as logistics and category manager with different Norwegian fashion retailers. In his current position as retail director in Moods of Norway (Norwegian life style brand) he is also heading the company s RFID project. Hans Petter holds a Master of Science degree from The Norwegian Universe of Science & Technology as well as a Master of Business & Administration from IESE, Barcelona. 15:10 15:45 RFID DECATHLON - Since 2013... and now Jérôme Lemay Product Manager / Buyer Decathlon Jérôme Lemay is a production system engineer and was responsible for accessories, conception and purchasing during more than 10 years in the DECATHLON group. He led the RF EAS source tagging process in Production. From 2008, he is focused on the RFID Production and source tagging program of DECATHLON. DATA EXCHANGE 16:15 16:45 Stop buying, start selling - building a responsive supply chain Harry van der Zee CEO Profuomo / Micro Fashion Harry van der Zee has more than 20 years experience in the ICT and Fashion industry. He has extensive expertise in the fields of general management, strategic management, change management, sales and marketing management, strategy development, turnaround and strategic repositioning. As CEO of Micro Fashion, he is responsible for building the Profuomo brand, by changing the organization from classical wholesaler into a vertically integrated Omni channel player. 16:45 17:15 Rolling Inventory Reconciliation Goetz Pfeifferling Senior Director of Business Development Global Retail Impinj, Inc. Goetz lead the RFID activities at Lemmi in Germany, one of the early adopters of the technology in apparel back in 2005. He lead the companies move in 2007 to EPC Gen2 and after this has supported several other RFID pilots in Europe. In 2008 he became a member of the board of Directors at Lemmi. He worked closely with manufacturers and managed the company s logistics and distribution. He also worked closely with the director of Sales and the company s key accounts.
